"Little touches made the stay special - complimentary jelly beans and Pringles alongside a good selection of teas, coffes and biscuits, and the toiletries were really very nice, beautiful smells and felt quite luxurious. Disappointed that the special offer of two meals for £20 apparently didn't apply during December (bit naughty that the promotion didn't mention this :-() but the food was excellent quality. Staff were helpful and courteous. The accommodation was not the largest room I've had but the decor and facilities made it seem much more special. A ten minute walk up to Princes St from the Hotel made the shops in easy reach and a chance to walk of some of the food we ate. Alternatively, a bus stop is right outside the hotel for those that don't fancy a stroll. I'd be very happy to stay here again and can recommend it without hesitation." - William Raymond-Barker

Planes:
Just follow the signs for the City, making no turns at all. As you reach the West End of the City you will see the Apex European on your left hand side.
Trains:
Haymarket Train Station is Edinburgh’s second station but many of the trains stop here too. Its quite handy if your train does stop at Haymarket as the Apex European is just 200 metres away. Come out of the main doors and turn left. Follow the main road for 2 blocks.
From Waverley Station we recommend a short taxi transfer. Approximately 5 minutes.
Automobiles:
If you are driving into Edinburgh from any direction, head for the West End and Haymarket Terrace. Follow the signs for Haymarket Train Station, located at the main West End junction. If you are coming from the West or the Airport, the Hotel is on the left just prior to the Station. From all other directions the Hotel is on the right-hand side, two blocks along from the Station.
