Very nice hotel, wanted something near train station, and it's perfect location, rooms are modern, clean and very nice staff. Supermarket in front of hotel, and very good restaurant next to hotel. Breakfast buffet was not so good, everything else perfect
L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la gare principale. La chambre était petite mais offrait le confort minimum. La salle du petit déjeuner au dernière étage possède une jolie terrasse.
There are only 4 great things about this hotel 1) LOCATION...everything is near it Trenitaly is right across the street, a supermarket wich I will suggest to go buy water, juice and other things they are cheaper there than out side 2) BREAKFAST because you safe money if you take your sandwish for later...lol...just kidding breakfast since is until 10:00 am great coffee machine they have like 6 types of hot bevareges 3) CLEAN....they change your towels even if you dont leave them on the floor... Bathroom was clean 4) cheap for the location icreamshop everywhere I heart icecream
The hotel is "fine". The location is okay for a short stay if arriving and departing by train as it is literally outside the door of the station, but it's certainly not one of the prettiest or desirable neighbourhoods in Rome. The hotel is cheap. This, I found, was reflected in two things, the food at breakfast and the service. The breakfast was very limited, prepackaged, dull and disappointing. I stayed in a similar rated and priced hotel in Florence and had much better food. The front desk staff are either extremely bored, totally apathetic or too cool to bother being civil or even asking if the stay had been okay. This is my personal pet hate! i dont care what I pay, it doesnt hurt anyone to be curtious or responsive. Wouldnt dream of staying here again considering the vast choice in Rome.
The breakfast is very poor, but the rooms are clean and the locations is perfect
A pleasant surprise. Very clean room with nice bed and en-suite. Location was excellent. Breakfast was of a good standard. No complaints at all. If I were to recommend anything to the owners that would be to have at least a couple of ‘proper’ English speaking channels on the TV for when you need to rest and cool down. BBC World is terrible and I couldn’t find CNN. Very minor moan.
Highly recommended!
I doubt anyone will be able to get a better hotel taking into account the price ... and then it's very well located (just a 3 minute walk from the train station Termini)
nothing extraordnary, but nothing wrong location excellent for travelling (it is just in front of Stazione Termini); a bit noisy, and slightly away from main tourist attractions if you reserve via [website], remember you have to pay a substantial part of your bill in cash
Very comfortable for short-term stays, right next to the Termini station, easy to reach the airport
the accomodation at the hotel was very good...we were thrilled with the location as it is just 20 metres from the main train station and metro and bus terminal. really brilliant, especially when travelling with a backpack. we were surrounded by terrfic eateries and internet cafes and even a laundromat...very important. when making a reservation, always ask for a room that faces the courtyard. the rooms on the street can be noisy all hours.
Great location right beside Termini station (the major transport hub in the city centre). Receptionists friendly, helpful and multilingual. Very clean overall and nicely decorated, but rooms quite cramped. Included breakfast is decent continental, in nice airy rooftop terrace (which unfortunately doesn't have the best view ever, but is very nice all the same). If you get a good deal on a room, would recommend staying here.
Found the Hotel to be good for the price. The only thing I found wrong with the Hotel was the air conditioning, it did not keep the room cool enough. It was very hot in Rome late August 2008.
Couldn't be closer to Termini Station. Great place for overnight in Rome. Modern and clean. Only one negative, the staff member on reception when I arrived was surly, however in the morning when I left a different receptionist was on duty who was most pleasant and helpful. Perhaps the first one was just having a bad day! Other than that I couldn't fault the Hotel.
The strong point of this hotel is undoubtedly its terrace. A nice corner to begin your day having breakfast and astonishingly a secluded garden for a glass of wine late at night. Its location is pretty convenient. I have to mention though, that not all the receptionists speak English which make it a little difficult at the beginning and that one morning, without much explanation, we run out of breakfast at 9:00 am.
We stayed one night on our way out of Italy and were pleased with our choice. The room was European small but when in Rome the only thing you do in your room is sleep anyway. The bathroom was well equipped and clean, and the included breakfast contained enough choice for all. Location is sensational and provided you don't flash your money around is perfectly safe for all ages.
Excellent location near Roma termini, compact nice rooms, ok only for short stay, staff is not so cooperative
Over all is good.
Small shower stall that could make up its mind whether it wants to be hot or cold. No WiFi option in hotel(there's a internet place next door though). The walls were thin, you could hear almost everything that goes on ouside especially the doors closing. Rooms were clean and very close to the Termini.
Spotlessly clean and modern hotel opposite Rome Termini station. Excellent value and also excellent location.
