Friendly & helpful front desk. Basic accommodation with clean linen,hot water, adequate breakfast. Good Value. Some public areas dusty due to building works.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Hotel location is very near to Queensway and Bayswater underground station. The shopping area is just around the corner. For Malaysians the Malaysian Hall is just a few doors away. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a 3-beded room.For my next visit to London,i will not hesitate to book this hotel again.

One of the best Hotel I have ever stayed in London only wish my stay there was longer

A very clean & apt budget alternative. The rooms are nice and have comfortable beds. The breakfast included is a bonus (cornflakes and croissants) and many much more expensive hotels in the area do not provide this service. Not all of the staff would win a charm award but they are all very willing to help you solve whatever problems you might have (e.g. ironing a shirt or making special arrangements). We did enjoy our stay.

Rooms was nothing like the brochure, very small was the room & shower room it was so small you could hardly move. Breakfast there was not enough choices. But i must say it was located to most attractions & the beds was comfy with clean sheets.

Shower was pretty poor. No hot water or towels. The front desk showed little interest in rectifying the situation, but the maids were lovely and helpful.

Good hotel, especialy for the price we payed. Only negative, personal unfriendly and uninterested.

Bathroom needs gutting and renewing, otherwise room comfy, and tea and coffee facilities, which is a must in all hotel rooms. Location terrific.

a small room for that price. We stayed at the top of the stairs from the lobby at there was a lot of noice. The breakfast was not very good at the price. But very good service and very good location. And the most important. It was clean with fresh towels every day.

Nice location close to the subway. Hotel is what you could expect in UK for a low price. I would stay there again.

The bath tube had no plug. There where a rather intens sound from the bathroom all the time. One night som gests discussed for a rather long time, and rather loud. But the romm service was very good :)

It's a budget hotel with very small rooms. Breakfast was very average, but service good.

Helpful staff that held onto our bags while we went sightseeing on our last day. Breakfast is basic but nice enough. Convenientt to railway and tourist bus stops and lovely walk through Hyde Park into the city.

Staff was friendly and provided quick service

Hi, This is a hotel in a most convenient location in Bayswater; and working personnels are really nice. Particularly, we're very impressed as the boss & the staffs were very helpful to find a on-call doctor to see to our daughter at the hotel as she felt so unwell during our stay in London. Hence, we should extend our many thanks to them & would recommend this hotel to our friends in future. Ken

The management and staff went out of their way to insure our comfort. A good hotel for the price, yes, I would stay there again.
