Apollo Hotel Paris

Hotel is about 100m from the Gare Du Nord Train Station, so very convenient. Clsoe to a wide range of well priced restaurants open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Close to Rue du Magneta which is a good place to shop for well priced clothes. Hotel is clean, affordable and staff very friendly and helpful. Hari dryer did not work. Well heated. Noise did not worry us

Location & cleaniness is very good. However, the service of the staff is just "so-so"

I booked real last minute on a busy weekend so the price of 90 Euro isn't the cheapest but I'm just staying 1 nite in Paris before heading to the CDG airport so this hotel has the perfect location as it is just across the Gare Du Nord train station where you can catch a RER B train (every 15 min) to the airport. The station also has metro (subway) connected to everywhere and the restaurents along the st open till 12 midnight!

The location is superb, right opposite Gare du Nord. Free wifi! Classic and authetic interior. What else can you expect? Room is small but comfortable. Feel a bit intimidated by the deep bloody red wall paper though. I thought I'll have nightmares. Haha. But generally it's a pleasant hotel and definately worth the money.

Looks elegant but very old. some rooms better than others. opposite the gare de nord so great transport links. not that great an area, restaurants overpriced for tourists mostly. not sure i would stay again.

For the price it's a great place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was somewhat small but again when you think about how much you pay it's just fine. It was very clean and so convenient just across from La Gare du Nord where we could take the Metro and the RER to CDG. We would certainly recommend it. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel.

Very nice hotel to stay because of its interior. With style and class giving it a warm atmosphere. Conveniently located with Metro and RER a few steps away. Unfortunately not many channels on the TV though.

Good location -about 3 km from Louvre, and right across from train station.

I have stayed at the Apollo on a number of occasions during the past few years and have indeed recommended it to various friends. Its main selling points are its excellent location, right opposite the main entrance to the Gare du Nord, and the value for money it offers, especially if one is sharing a room. As is the case generally in France, the cost of a single room is only slightly less than that of a double or twin room. I find the staff pleasant and helpful. I should also mention that the soundproofing is perfectly adequate, even in the rooms facing the station and main road. The rooms themselves are on the small side and have a rather old-fashioned feel to them - though everything does work!

A good hotel for a very reasonble price. It is situated direct in the front of Gare du Nord. If you travel by train, the place is also perfect. We were served very well.

A cheap & well run hotel. The location (in front of the Gare Du Nord Train Station) cannot be faulted. The outside noise level was surprisingly minimal. The room is adequate, although the decor is outdated. The bathroom has everything although a little cramped. Basically a good cheap no frills stay when arriving or leaving by train (Eurostar.)

Excellent location just outside Gare de Nord and visible as soon as we stepped outside. Reception staff were extremely pleasant. No frills but decent accommodation at a very affordable price. Despite heavy traffic outside double glazing reduced the noise drastically. Would be happy to recommend.
