"Stayed in a 4 bed room.came on a sunday,reception was closed,no instruction was given to me that key will be locked in a safe with code.Have to ring the hotel on international roaming rate from my mobile to get the key,very difficult to understand as hotel staff is not fluent in English.On the 2nd day, was asked by the receptionist about hotel payment,been told that I haven't paid for the rooms as yet,explained that payment has been deducted on my credit card weeks ago,but he can't seem to find a record that I paid,suggested to him to ring the HotelClub to find out.He then came to the room and told me that payment has been cleared,and given us the spare pillow that I requested.Location was not bad. 1 bus ride to metro.Could do with newer sheets and blanket/bedspreads." - marjorie espiritu
"just what was needed.. reception manned fully, swimming pool, security, clean, those little extras in your room that make the stay easier (soap, washing up stuff, TV,) excellent value

"We did rent a car from the train station and found the hotel very easily but I suppose without one it would be a different story. We also had to pay 2€ per night for parking. The kids were able to go online for 5€ per hour --- they had a room just for this which was just perfect. All in all we had a pleasant and comfortable stay!!!" - Anonymous
"The hotel is right under the glidepath to the airport, so there is a lot of noise from aeroplanes all night and all day. Breakfast has to be booked the day before. It's about 1 km. to the nearest supermarket and also to the metro station. There are buses that stop closer (about 100 meters), but the bus services end quite early in the evening. There are no facilities except swimming pool and breakfast." - Svein Bjornevoll
