"We stayed at the Appia on 6/7th of July 2008. Our first visit to Cannes. Room was a bit small, but apart from that no problem. Cannot moan, considering price paid and location. Aircon, which worked perfectly, ideal for summer months. Reception staff were very good. Location absolutely perfect for both railway station and sea front, both just minutes away. Rue Antibes just round the corner, shop till u drop. Perfect for cheap accom. in Cannes. " - Simon Nichols
