Apple Inn is a very comfortable, centrally located tourist-class hotel with all modern facilities. The hotel is located in the cultural area of Amsterdam, opposite the Vondelpark. Most of the famous tourist attractions, such as the Concertgebouw, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and Stedelijk Museum are within walking distance of the hotel. The RAI Exposition, the Congress Centre and the World Trade Center (WTC) are also conveniently accessible from the Apple Inn Hotel. All the rooms have been renovated, reflecting the charm of the hotel, with private facilities, TV, hairdryer and telephone. Rooms on the ground floor are with a garden terrace.

We stayed for just one night at this hotel because it was offered at a reasonable rate and was in a convenient location for us. We were able to walk to the hotel from the Park & Ride which was convenient. The hotel was clean and orderly. The staff seemed nice. We weren't there for very long and did not eat breakfast so I don't know how the breakfast is. The room was clean and the beds were okay - but nothing special. All in all, it's a great place for a cheaper cost than many of the other Amsterdam locations. It was clean and seemed safe. But don't expect luxury. :-)
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a small accommodations budget. The price was good and I went into it knowing that I wasn't staying at a 5 star hotel so my expectations were not dashed when I arrived. The staff was helpful although they do not help you with your luggage. Beware of the stairs, they are steep and somewhat curved so hauling 50 lbs of luggage up and down was a challenge. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. If you want a quiet stay I reccomend somewhere else as there were many young people up and down the stairs throughout the night but overall it was a pleasant experience. It's within a block of the tram so it made going to the city center easy. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Location out a bit but walkable from/to the "entertainment" areas but right on the number 5 Tram. STAIRS !!! There is no lift and the stairs are steep, almost ladder like, and narrow. The room I had was worth the climb(s) with a balcony over the back courtyard away from the street
It's an ok hotel near Vondel Park. The tram is just around the corner. The breakfast is fine and the room was what you could expect. Small but clean and the beds were fine. What more can you expect ?
Perfectly reasonable for the class of hotel but expensive for what was on offer. I did (unintentionally) go during a particularly busy time in Amsterdam so perhaps that was reflected in the price.
We were greated with a nice friendly and warm welcome, found it very clean. decorating was being carried out but was no bother, stairs were quite steep in places but most small hotels in Amsterdam are very handy for tram straight through the city. very near the wonderful vondelpark. I am sure that the next time we stay and the decoration has finished it will be even better! please dont put your prices up when renovations are finished! With thanks.
