"Room was fine; clean, relatively modern & not run-down. Arcachon is a linear settlement so it's a fair walk from the port to the shopping centre in the main town & the wider choice of restaurants - but there are 3 or 4 very close by anyway, 2 of which we tried and were both good.
Infrastructure investment in the adjacent port area & seafront boardwalks nearby will be a good enhancement & link the distinct areas of the resort.
Parking on the street mostly, if you have a larger car. It was a quiet time, so we were lucky to park right outside." - Barry Evans
