The Hotel Aquarius**** is situated in Budapest, in the center of an outstanding Hungarian wine and champagne producing area, in Nagyteteny, near to the main road Nr 6 and highway M0, within easily reach by public transportation. Our Hotel serves those guests comfort during their stay in Budapest, who prefer quiet surroundings enclosed with old trees, far from the noise of the city. The Hotel Aquarius has altogether 41 air-conditioned rooms (33 double/twin rooms and 8 suites). Our spacious and exclusive furnished rooms are also comfortable for handicapped people and for those who are suffering from allergy. All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, colour TV with satellite channels, directional telephone, fridge, Internet hook-up and working desk. The bathrooms are with bath and/or shower. Our Campona and Promontor Restaurants provide the gastronomic delights. In addition to the Hungarian specialties our gourmet guests can get acquainted with the flavour of the International cuisine. Vegetarian, reform and children dishes give also variety to our menu. The hotel has an own guarded parking place for cars and coaches as well.

Getting there:Fom Vienna: drive along the highway M1 until the exit M0 (direction Szeged), then on the M0 until the exit Nagyteteny. Leaving the highway M0 turn left at the crossing ( Angeli street) then drive along the Angeli street until the end of the street (the crossing of Angeli street and Nagytetenyi street). Then turn right on the Nagytetenyi street and drive until the hotel, which will be 500 metres from the crossing on your right side.

The hotel is located 15 k from the city center. During our stay they had a lot of road construction around the hotel, so the quietness of the surounding wasn't soo good. If not the location is good and you can easy get by public transportation to Budapest from the hotel or by car as soon the road will be finish
It is pretty unfair to have to rate this excellent hotel as only average for location as we knew it was out of town. It is on a bus route - but the terminus in town is still quite a way from the 'centre'. Asa long as you're prepared for not being able to nip back for lunch, however, it is fine. We couldn't fault it in any way. Our room was clean bright and VERY spacious. English speaking reception staff were helpful. Restaurant was very good. Not much immediately around, but the grounds are lovely. Would certainly go back. One word of advice. You have to buy your bus ticket in advance and if Reception don't have any, you need to go to the nearby shopping mall (10 mins by car) to buy some!
To centre of the city is approx. 60 mins by public transport and 40 mins by car... Too much for me.
Very nice and comfortable hotel. Ideal for staying if you go to Budapest with car, because city centre is quite far. Bud clean and nice hotel, silent surrounding, amazing pool and jacuzzi, rich breakfast, friendly staff... When I go to Budapest next time, I'll definitely stay there again!
The hotel is located 45 minutes to the west of the city. There are very good bus communications taking into the city where you have easy access to tramcars etc for further transport to the city center. Good security at night with guarded outside area as well as video surveilance. Regarding billing from your company please separate mail in this respect.
