The location is a bit away but taxi ride is quite reasonable. The service in tour desk was terrible, the guy sat there had no interest to help us. Instead the guy at the concierge desk named Hirantha was help us with his knowledge and so helpful. Average the hotel is just OK

Fine hotel, clean and large rooms. Very low price. Great breakfast. Good service. A lounge on each floor. One setback: there is Internet (LAN in the room and Wifi in lobby and lounges) but you need separate accounts for Wifi and wired, these are very expensive! For the rest, great hotel! Nice pool. Bar is very quiet, boring in fact. Great value for money!!
Nice and clean hotel close to the airport. Friendly staff. Nice pool but sun shines only before noon! Rooms quite small but still ok, new and clean. Can be recommended!
The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and about the same distance to the old centre of Dubai. Due to the location a taxi or the hotel shuttle-bus (free to/from: the old Dubai centre, to a nearby shopping mall, to the beach and the airport at set times) is required but as Dubai is spread out transportation will be required from any other hotel to places of interested as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was no problem to get gluten free food for my girlfriend at the hotel restaurant (baked fish insted of crumbed,...). If I’ll end up in Dubai again I’m fairly sure I’ll stay at this hotel again.

Hotel room and facilities up to the standard expected with friendly professional service, however hotel is a bit isolated and only advantage of location is proximity to WAFI Mall.
A very clean personable hotel with good facilities for a short break. Rooms were quite small but otherwise sevice was very very good.
Very good value for money. Checking-in was fuss-free & efficient. Rooms were clean and modern. What the room lacked in size was made up for by the well decorated reading and TV lounge on each floor well stocked with daily newspapers. The restaurant service during breakfast was positive & attentive. Breakfast was a full spread that was partly varied daily. The gym is small but equipped with a few of the latest machines and therefore adequate. Noise transmitted into the room at night (only to be expected at many hotels) can be dealt with by using earplugs. Definitely one of the best 3 star hotels I have stayed in.

Its a nice hotle with an affordable price in Dubai
I have stopped over in Dubai 3 times in the last year. This Hotel was by far the best in it's price range. It is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle service to the airport, WAFI and Jumiera Beach. The deluxe rooms with balconies are modern and spacious.
Great hotel, especially the service. Would love to go back during my next visit. Near the Dubai International Airport. The only small "complain" that I have is the location as it is quite "off" the main attractions. Need to take taxi wherever I set off from hotel. But this is just a small problem. Travelling time to Madinat Jumeriah is about 15 to 20 mins, evening time (as an example).
The location of this hotel is poor currently (April 2008). It is in a new development area and there is almost nothing close by. However, the hotel is fine for the price so it is not a problem if you are happy to spend a lot of time in taxis, which are not expensive in Dubai.
Despite the shuttle services provided by the hotel to the airport and to a nearby shopping mall, the location may be bothering for some as the hotel is a little in the middle of nowhere. On the other hand, if you would have or hire a car (like we did), the location may even be an advantage as the hotel is close to the ringroads or highways linking central Dubai to the surroundings, just try to obtain an up to date road map. One more comment may be for the range of the food provided at Breakfast; it is poor. Nevertheless, our overall comment would be “it is good value for the money”.
Overall a great stay. Staff are extremely friendly and the hotel itself is good value for its price range. The hotel is a bit away from the centre of the city, but to be honest taxi's are cheap and clean. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the airport, wafi centre (nice shopping mall) and to the beach.
Very friendly and efficient service from everyone from the check in desk to room service, to buffet breakfast waiters. Good value and a pleasant stay. I would stay there again.

Besides, Hotel provides assistance to tourist for visa application. Very kind hotel staff and good quality service make the hotel preferential in the region.
