Nice deluxe new rooms located on the first floor with the lift in an ancient typical florentine building. All rooms have original parquet and fine ceramic bathrooms Air conditioned and TV lcd in the room. Getting there:
From the train station of Santa Maria Novella take the left street after mcdonald restaurant. take via nazionale on the right side The hotel is just 150 meters ahead on the right side at nr 22, after the little Via Chiara.

Check-in Procedure:
Reception open 09am till 06pm kindly inform the hotel of your expected arrival time to fix an appointment or for the entrance codes . Luggages can be stored free of charge during opening time.

Great place to stay in within walking distance for everywhere. Guys running it were very helpful making phone calls on our behalf to book Uffizi etc. Only issue was we did not realise that our room was not en-suite, having to go across corridor to loo etc. However, it was absolutely spotless and only used by ourselves. Would stay again.

Very nice room in older building near the train station. The street numbering is very VERY confusing but we found it in the end! (seemed to have two different numbering systems on the same side of the street!) Our host was very helpful and friendly, it was a nice stay.
