Found Reception lady on arrival very friendly and helpful in explaining what to see and do in Santiago. Lack of coffee making facilities in bedroom was a let down. Dont understand the rating on facilities, what facilities did the hotel offer?? Location in the shopping complex was good and bus connections good.

No bar / restaurant. Rooms are noisy, we can easily hear others convesations. Staff very polite, always helpful and corteous
