Aretusa Vacanze Siracusa

Lovely hotel in a good spot in heart of the old town. You can park nearby on weekdays (not Fri, Sat, Sun). Very friendly staff and clean and spacious apartment (4 person one) with kitchenette. Shower was a little temperamental though.

Had a lovely short stay in one of the apartments. This was very good with a young toddler, as we had a spare room once he went to bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with good English.

The family that run Aretusa should be congratulated on their establishment. It is in a great location on Ortigya and the service was excellent. They could not do enough to make sure we had everything for our stay. There is nothing better than cooking fresh prawns from the market and eating them on the sunny roof terrace at aretusa apartments!

Best stay in Sicily. Nice location in quiet (except for renovation works!) old part of Siracuse. Great breakfast in room. Friendly helpful service. Use the cooking facilities to experiment with food from the colorful market close by or eat at the restaurant next door. I hope to be back..

Charming, very small hotel. Rooms are large and with a small kitchenette. Breakfast (included) is served in the room, at your own dining table.

We were welcomed by the owners. We would recommend guests to stay with a reasonable price.

Beautifully restored ancient (medieval?) building, friendly staff, excellent central location. Parking requires good luck and wise judgement and our bathroom could have been somewhat bigger but these were little problems compared to the unique ambiance we enyojed and the smile with which the breakfast was served in our room every morning.

Siracussa is a pearl specially the Ortiega Island. The Hotel has a good location, the rooms are arranged with good taste and the staff realy make you feel welcome. I will highly recommend this place.

The rooms were fantastic and greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff were wonderfully helpful, they even drove to find us when we got lost on arrival. I'd thorougly recommend these apartments and would definately stay there if I visited again! The two restaurants either side of the appartment had excellent food, as did everywhere else on Sicily!

Parking could be a problem,but you are in old section of Syracuse. It was fine with me and my mate.

Excellently situated, close to the main areas of interest and yet surprisingly quiet.

A comfortable and neat apartment hotel, with fully furnished kitchen, in the heart of the historic center of Siracusa, the bridge-connected island of Ortygia. Very close to the Piazza Duomo, historic Font Aretusa, and the seaside promenade where the town makes its evening "passeggiata", within easy walking distance of all the sites, and situated in an atmospheric narrow lane. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely modernised flat in the highly underrated town of Siracusa. The apartment is wonderfully located in the old section of the town. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Very clean and with nice decor. Modern and comfortable. Well situated in a very quaint alley.

The staff were welcomimg and helpful. The location, facilities and price were everything we could have wished - in the heart of Ortygia, that very special island. The restaurant next door, Da Mariano, is not to be missed: chaotic, crowded and deservedly so.
