Hotel description:    Relax in our spacious rooms, overlooking beautiful Hagley Park. All rooms have full kitchen facilities and ensuite bathroom and are designated non-smoking.Hagley Park has extensive walking/jogging tracks, an 18 hole public golf course, botanical gardens and the Christchurch Museum. Hagley Park is beautiful, no matter what time of the year - trees showing their beautiful autumn/fall colours, their starkness in Winter and their brilliant green in Spring and Summer. The Botanical Gardens are always a delight to walk through. Christchurch City, with its many attractions, is just a walk across the park.

There are several restaurants and a large shopping mall within walking distance. Public transport is located close by. Argyle on the Park is also located just 1km from Christchurch Public Hospital and only 2km from the railway station, for that magic Trans Alpine train experience, and just 15 minutes drive from Christchurch Airport.
