Arhontiko Pension Mykonos

Although the Hotel is a little out of town we hired a quad bike and it took just 5 minutes to drive down the hill to town. We really enjoyed the quiet environment and the lovely pool which many other places do not have. The family that run the business are really lovely and so helpful with heaps of advice on where to go and what to do. Breakfast was included in the rate and really set you up for the day. We would definitely return!

Very competitive prices, friendly and helpful staff... given you need a car or transport to get around the island anyway, the location is not a big issue for the price

Lovely place to stay and room very nice but got annoyed with all the ants streaming into the room and that the hotel staff didn't speak English too well. Lovely view from pool over countryside and a bay. A great place to relax, the quality of rooms compared with the rest of Greece was excellent. Location: Just outside town but the hotel shuttle leaves to town regularly enough (almost every hour) but you do have to get a taxi from town as the walk is up hill and its far too warm most days. Getting a cab from town can take some time in the afternoon and cost 4 euros which starts adding up over a few days.

The family that runs this Hotel is great, helpful as can been. The setting is quite, the breakfast good, they will shuttle you down to the port throughout the day. The only thing I can say bad about this hotel is the garbage dump is located about 3 KM to the north, the winds are primarily from the north, on one day out of the 3 that I was there they were burning plastic. But, I would stay there again, and so would the other 7 people that were there with me.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. I most likely will stay there again; I will just bring my own pillow next time. Theirs were overly stuffed thus very hard.

Quality accomadation & the owners are always ready to help out! Had a great stay!
