"Chose the hotel for our night of arrival because it was nearer the airport than Rome centre and we were arriving late. Found our room was spacious, well appointed and clean, but the overall character of the place was a touch faded and eighties looking. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet was quite good, being amply stocked and varied. The hotel catered for a mixed crowd of business people and locals using the function facilities, although quite a few tourists appeared to be using it as a base to see Rome. Despite the distance from the centre, you can get into town easily and cheaply using a bus which stops close to the hotel to the metro station and then metro and they sell tickets on reception. However this may be a problem later in the evening or on Sundays when fewer buses run. Also our taxi driver had problems finding the place. The last minute rate that we got booking on-line was fair value for money, given the cost of hotels in Rome generally." - Anonymous
