Getting there:From Terminal 4: Internal train to any other terminals and bus to the hotel. The bus runs every 10 minutes (free of charge) From Terminal 5: You can take 423 bus to the hotel.Free of charge. From Terminal 1,2 &3: you can take the U3,76 and 75 bus from Queens Building. The bus runs every 15 minutes (free of charge)) to the hotel. From Central area: you can take the 105 (runs 24hrs) or the U3 (runs from 5:25am till midnight). Which runs every 15 minutes. These two buses are complimentary public transportation.
Check-in Procedure:Credit card required upon check-in. Check-in time 14:00.
Car parking:£5 charge applies to all residents and £10 for non residents.
Child Policy:Child under the age of 13 years stay for free as long as they share the bed with the parents.
Used this stop as an overnighter before a early flight out. Only spent about 8 hours there but better to have a bed then try and sleep in the terminal. Was able to get a nice feed and have a shower. Concern on food safety in the restaurant when the Assistant Manager is standing at the bar chewing his nails and then serving food and drinks without washing. Perhaps some training needed.
The hotel is very convenient for an overnight Heathrow transit. Everything was good except the internet. The "free" internet service is only 30 minutes and in the hotel lobby.

Upgrade to the executive rooms and go that one step further with extra space, views to the north runway, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, complimentary mineral water, broadband connections and breakfast served in Smith's restaurant.
Wonderful modern clean hotel in a great location for a Heathrow airport layover. Located on the main road between central terminals 1,2,3 and terminal 5. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. We took the #423 bus from terminal 5 to the hotel and the next day took the U3 bus to terminal 1. Both buses are free and frequent. Room was very nice and quiet and the bed comfortable. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant; the food and service were quite satisfactory. Not much else in the area but down the road was an Indian restaurant and further along was a Chinese restaurant. You get 30 minutes of complimentary wi-fi which was all we needed to do online check in for our following day's flight and check e-mails.
I stayed there for one night because of an early flight at Heathrow. It is located very close to Heathrow, about 10 mins away from Central Bus Station and T5. There are free buses connecting the hotel and these terminals making it very convenient. The buses are quite frequent, three time an hour. Didn't really explore the hotel and its surrounding, but the room is clean and of reasonable size, staff are friendly and check-in and -out are smooth and fast. Free wifi in lobby area. Will recommend to those who look for short stay because of its excellent location and connection to Heathrow.

This is an excellent hotel. Service, cleanliness, room size are excellent. Being close to the airport proved very good. Double glassing ensured no noise but good view of planes taking off. Buses are outside the door too. We needed early check-in and were very accommodating. Would highly recommend and stay again. food was great too.
The Hotel was exceptional well positioned for any person wishing to travel to or from Heathrow Airport. The whole establishment was above all expectations. Nothing was ant trouble. The onsite restaurant was excellent as well.
Excellent location for overnight accommodation, arriving or departing from Heathrow Airport. Facilities, service and pricing very good. In our case, the location to car hire depot, was perfect, within easy walking distance. Would certainly stay at Arora Hotel in the future.
The perfect location for easy access to Heathrow Airport. The excellent service, cleanliness and facilities were a bonus! We paid the extra for a Heathrow runway view and enjoyed a constant vista of aircraft coming and going. We noted that aircrew also stay here. We will certainly be back next time we are in the UK.
nice hotel at the airport
The Arora Hotel conveniently located near Heathrow Airport and with views of the airport is amazingly quite. No noise from planes or other guests. We had bed and breakfast and couldn't have wished for more than what was offered on the menu. We thought it a disadvantage the Hotel wasn't on the Hopper bus run but were informed by Hotel staff which free buses to catch from the front of the Hotel so were more than happy with the service back to the airport.We would happily stay at this Hotel again.
Excellent location for Heathrow airport with free local bus to/from the hotel and airport made the transfers extremely easy for us. The hotel rooms are well appointed with excellent facilities including fridge/complimentary tea/coffee and state of the art sound proofing. Internet access in reception was also easy to use. Very good value for money. We will recommend this hotel and use it again if travelling from Heathrow
A really nice clean and modern hotel in good location for airport and at a good price. Difficulty to fault really.
Good clean rooms.Very close to airport. Our room overlooked the runway yet we couldn't hear any noise at all. Would definitely use again if flying from Heathrow Good Chinese restaurant 10 minutes walk away
We stayed in the Arora so we could travel up to Heathrow the day before our flight and then only have a short travel the the airport. It was very nice here, spacious room, very clean and modern. No noise thanks to what looked like triple-glazed windows. Would definitely stay here again. There's a short free bus ride to the airport which is nice.

For a one night stay to allow an early check in and flight at Heathrow this hotel is excellent. Reception staff could be friendlier but rest of staff were very helpful.

Very clean, very friendly & helpful, restaurant was average but clean. Choice of rooms, overlooking airport or fields...we checked out both and preferred airport.Great for a stopover for a night. Not so easy to get to from Terminal 4. Black taxi wouldn't take us as trip was too short! We had to get a free London bus to Terminal 5 and then pay 4 GBP per adult on the Hoppa Bus which doesn't officially stop at the hotel...but the driver said he did us a favour!
