Getting there:We are situated only 1.5km south of Coffs Harbour City Centre. If heading North to Brisbane we are on the left of the HWY, about 720m north of the 2nd set of traffic lights or KFC. If heading South to Sydney we are on the right of the HWY about 400m south of the Big Windmill.
Check-in Procedure:Reception Hours are 07.00 am to 9.30 pm. If arriving after 7.00 pm please call the property on (02) 66 523 555 to arrange key collection. Failure to do this will result in the Motel cancelling the booking and releasing the room for resale.
Car parking:One car park available in front of each unit. Lounge room Villas parking beside unit. Kitchen Villas and 2 Bedroom Villas have a car port. For all second vehicles, light trucks, trailers, boats,horse floats ect there is plenty of parking at the rear of the motel.

Very tiny rooms, very noisy from the highway traffic. They did not clean the coffee cups when cleaning the room. No flannel provided. The refrigerator needed a clean out. The pool was dirty and there was limited access to the pool because of cars parked in the way.
For a cheap motel The Arosa did pretty well. It delivered all that was advertised and was clean and comfortable. No worries!

Arosa was a typical older style motel, that served my purpose very well. All i needed was a comfortable bed and nice shower. It delivered this. It is probably not far from needing a spruce up.
Good value for the price
Comfortable for a one night stay. Right on main road. Rooms very small. Older motel. Value for money.
In genreal the motel was ok instructions for the pool where a bit confusing on the gate it said it closd at 6 pm on the room information it said 9 pm. as a result we did not use it one night when we could have.
A great place to stay, very tidy unit.

The hosts of this hotel were very good. The breakfast was delicious. Overall I would stay there again.
Clean property, well run easily located on highway. Location is out of town but good property for stopover on long journey.
