Getting there:Arrow on Swanston is located on Swanston Street, between Victoria Street & Queensberry Street and about 5 mins walk to Melbourne CBD. The closest train station is Melbourne Central. Taxi from the airport to Arrow on Swanston will cost around $55. Alternatively, you can take the Skybus from Melbourne Airport to Melbourne city terminal at Southern Cross Station (Spencer Street). You are then transfer onto a SkyBus Hotel mini-bus, which takes you direct to our doorstep (No booking is required). The SkyBus Hotel Service operating hours (Mon to Fri: 0600 - 2130, Sat, Sun & Pub Hols: 0730 - 1730). Skybus tickets (Adult): $16 one trip, $26 return trip.
Check-in Procedure:Reception hours from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm daily. Guests arriving outside reception hours must contact the property prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.
Car parking:Secure under cover car parking is available on-site for a cost of $15.00/night/vehicle for unlimited entries and exits.

These Apartments are in a great location with a tram stop right out the front and also a ten minute walk into the CBD (Bourke Street). Staff are friendly and helpful and the room has everything you need in it. Great value for money.

The hotel location makes it easy for those who want to visit the Victoria Market, it is only about 3 minutes walk away. 2 blocks away from the City Circle Tram stop. I stayed in the Twin room and like the setting most, each bed was place in a seperate room. Apartment staff was friendly and quite knowledgeable. However, the bathroom was too small with fixed shower, this makes the cleaning of the lower boby difficult.
2 bedroom apartment was very small but adequate. Very clean and serviced daily. No oven in kitchen, just cook top and microwave. Good medium size fridge with seperate freezer. Location is excellent and all things considered, we would stay there again.
A good location and friendly staff,however two small concerns...1. early morning wake up calls I was originally told were unavailable as the front desk was not manned until 0600 and I needed a wakeup at 0500. Downloaded alarm clock software and arranged a friend in NZ to call the cellphone. Checked again with front desk and found it was possible to set the system to provide a wake up call...training perhaps...also My mother is ill and it seems that calls made after hours cannot be routed to the rooms... but on the whole a good experience.
The location is good and the counter service is very good.There is no free internate and the rate charge is very expensive.
The apartment was very small,but this is what I was expecting. It was clean, well maintained and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here again. It is not the Ritz but if you have reasonable expectations then this will meet your needs.

2 bedroom apartment. clean neat modern. Small apartments close to the city with good facilities, full kitchenette, comfortable and value for money. If not expecting the world, this is a pleasant surprise at half normal rates of competition
Very clenn and tidy BUT coffee shop not open. On hotel information a Bistro is advertised. BUT no Bistro. Would stay there again.

Better TV with sports channels would have given this hotel a perfect score. Compact appartment with every this else that you need.
i would recomend, the price was good and the unit was good exelent value for any 1 who wants to stay in the city
