A beautiful hotel, extremely relaxing, in a fantastic location, we had a great stay

The service was impectable and they pride them selves on a high standard of custormer satisfaction, definately worth staying there.

Very nice hotel.. Interior very chic.. It is rightful to say that this is truely an artistic hotel.. Room is very modern, furnishings are new! The nicest pillows ive ever slept on! Had trouble with operating the Tv but in the end it was fine. Friendly, professional and helpful staff!

The room was of a reasonable size, made to appear smaller due to a large and very comfortable leather chair and footstool. A pillow menu is also a good option. The bathroom was small to the point of having nowhere to put even the smallest toiletries bag apart from the closed toilet seat and the bed was comfortable but a little soft for my liking - one person rolling over jiggled the bed sufficiently to waken the other. On the plus side, the rooms are really nicely appointed and the position in Chappel St is hard to beat and still only a $10 cab ride from the centre of the city. Staff were friendly without being overbearing. Would definitley be happy to stay there again.

This is my favourite hotel in Melbourne. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have an airport shuttle service which is reasonably priced. On this trip I introduced my son to The Olsen and he is equally impressed.

Renovated office block turned into a boutique hotel that I had heard about. It was great to start as we where upgraded to a penthouse room as we where there for 6 days. The staff where mostly good, mostly young and some inexperience. The room was very modern/designer, very clean but our room was quite small, the furniture fill the whole room. It had a nice restaurant down stairs but a little pricey for what you get. If we could get cheap rates we would go back.

A first class hotel in the best location in Melbourne. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. The staff are young and very helpful. The Bluebottle restaurant is outstanding. I cannot fault this hotel and will definitely return again and again...

It stated on(website) that there was free internet... not the case. We had to pay $700 desposit when we arrived. We had to continually ask for more towels as there was 3 of us in the room. They didn't always provide milk for tea and coffee. The pool is heated but in an open outdoor area...too cold in Melbourne for that. They said they were going to deliver a newspaper and it didn't happen. Most of the staff were friendly.. housekeeping for the first 3 days was amazing. Woolworths is now nearby. Trains and trams are really close.

I would like to recommend anybody going to Melbourne to stay at Art Series The Olson Hotel could not fault anything. You can hire Smart Cars & Bicycles. If you get a chance please use the Restaurant in the complex. Staff there are wonderful. Well done Art Series

Lovely hotel, excellent facilities and a great location. Service was mostly good. Only one small disappointment - booked room for 3 people, with fold-away bed for child, but room only had supplies for 2. This was fixed with a phone call to reception, but no apology made and would expect better from a five star hotel. Also, poor quality coffee in rooms was not consistent with the standard of the rest of the hotel. Our room was really lovely though and overall we were happy with our stay.

The Hotel service was great, but the Restaurant was not as good. The menu in the room was incorrectly priced. The bill at the end of your stay never quite matches up. The menu for room service was very limited and the $5 tray service fee was high considering the price of the food. The hotel staff and facilities were 5/5. The restaurant was 2/5.

The staff could have been more helpful regarding what to do and see and information regarding getting around melbourne
