1) Airport taxis would not pick us up , phoned the hotel and they had a private cab there in a few minutes .
2) As the hotel is a little out of town they had a restraunt service come pick us up and return us to the hotel at no cost .

"The hotel staff were exceptional in making arrangements for us to lunch at an excellent restaurant, supporting us through a minor disorientation as were preparing to leave - we misread our watch and ended up in the lobby wide awake and dressed five hours ahead of time: the night manager was quite gracious in assisting us in returning to our room. The hotel breakfast was excellent, providing a broad range of selections. The hotel is welcoming and tastefully furnished throughout." - Michael Quiggin
