"Location excellent, but don't stay here if you like comfort and a good dining room! My room was was under the sloping roof with no ventilation or airconditioning in a muggy English summer. The bed was soggy and the springs hurt through the mattress! I was on the 5th floor and the lift only goes up to the 4th floor, but I was given assistance with my case. Breakfast room tiny and not the cleanest. Best for an overnight stay only on your way to or from Heathrow airport on the train as the hotel is across the road from Paddington station." - Anonymous
