Ascot Opera Hotel Paris

The personel were superb and very helpful

Small room, no free INTERNET access, but friendly staff & excellent location, it’s OK to have a journey here.

The hotel has a very central location, you can walk to many of the top ten sights. We can recommend the hotel and think it was good value.

Nicely located: 5 min walk to Opera and La Fayette; 10 min walk to Louvre. Lots of restaurants within a 10 min walking distance. Small breakfast area, but I would definitely stay there again.

Simple, friendly hotel in a good, central area close to l'Opera. The decor is looking a little tired in places but the hotel is excellent value and personally I would rather spend less on my hotel and more on my restaurant and bar bills. Hotel staff v.helpful in terms of organising taxis, posting mail for guests etc.

Superb location to go exploring and reasonable price. Friendly and accomodating. Only downer was a grumpy waitress at breakfast (which was fresh and plentiful), but everyone else smiley and friendly.

My wife and I stayed at the Ascot Opera Hotel for 1 week during August 2007, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was small certainly, but we were out and about most of the time so it was not a problem. Facilities are basic but clean, tidy, and perfectly functional and the staff friendly and helpful. The best part of all is the location! VERY CENTRAL and within walking distance of most city tourist attractions. Quiet, safe neighboourhood, about 1 block off Rue de L'Opera. I would have no hesitation staying there again or recommending this hotel to friends, provided they are not expecting 5 star luxury.

As expected for a 3* paris hotel the room was small but comfortable. spotlessly clean and well serviced. location is fantastic. 100m from metro station in a quiet street. 7 minute walk to Louvre. 2 minutes to l'Opera. staff very nice. would return in a flash!

Excellent hotel, very centrally located and very friendly staff with good english and they also encourage you to speak french if you can. The croissants for breakfast are so fresh and breakfast is beautifully served. The traffic is noisy from 8am but not during the night.

We were very satisfied with our stay in the Ascot Opera the staff couldn't have been nicer and we will defiantly recommend to others and will be back to stay on our next visit to Paris!

It was an excellent location and the room was smallish (expected) but cheery and clean. Bathroom was very nice and bright. Five minutes walk to the Tourism Office at Pyramides and only a ten minute walk to the Lourve! Quiet, pleasant place - guy at the front desk was nice and friendly when we checked in.

The location is excellent and the reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location, handy to Metro & Opera Area. Small, typically French rooms and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel is superb for the Opera district and for all amenities such as Metro, bus etc. A very useful hotel to stay and I would use it again!

Bathrooms good size and everything you need is there. If you are fussy about decor this may not be the hotel for you, but if like me you are fussy about cleanliness, servcie and most of all location then it is! Small hotel and staff got to know us very quickly and were very friendly and helpful.

This was a superb location - walking distance to the Louvre and a short block from the Metro. The staff was excellent! We would definitely stay there again.
