Prior to 2004, when we settled in New Zealand, we spent five years operating a small farmhouse Bed & Breakfast in the UK, where we won several awards for good service.

Getting there:
From Paihia town centre - follow the seafront road towards Kerikeri. Turn left at the round-about, pass the Caltex petrol station on the left and Woolworths supermarket on the right. Follow the road approx. 3km until you come to a hill with a passing lane. Stay on the inside lane and as you reach the brow of the hill our entrance is on the left-hand side. Take a U-turn into our driveway and follow it up to the top, where you will find Reception.
Check-in Procedure:
Early check ins are subject to availability. Late check outs are also subject to availability, and may incur an extra charge. We would request that you let us know in advance if check in is likely to be after 9.00pm.
Car parking:
We have ample off-street car parking at the front of each of our units.
Child Policy:
Children under 1 year old are free of charge. A Cot and highchair can be supplied at no extra cost.
