We have 8 recently refurbished units. 7 units with 1 bedroom, and a large 3 bedroom unit, each with a fully equipped kitchen and cooking facilities. There is ample off-street parking available, suiting all vehicle sizes, trucks included.
Across the road is one of Timaru's largest parks - Ashbury Park. Edging one side of the park is Timaru's coast line, on the other side you will find yourself a stone's throw away from a range of restaurants, fast food options and a supermarket.
Our motel offers a number of breakfast options, from continental to a full english style cooked breakfast, and these are available from 6.30am until 9.30am.
All units are fitted with modern decor, and there is a free wireless broadband connection for our guests.

Within close vicinity to restaurants, fast food outlets, shopping and a supermarket. Only five minutes walk to Caroline Bay, and ten minutes walk to the centre of the city. The complex caters for families and singles, with a 3-bedroom unit available for larger groups. Recently completely renovated units that allow easy accessibility.
