"Booked hotel for location mainly as needed a room near the airport, however on arriving in Bangkok we discovered once in the taxi that this hotel was indeed a 1 hour journey from airport. Staff however friendly on arrival and room clean, however in need of refurbishment." - Pauline Travers

Rather difficult to get to - I would prefer to walk directly rather than take the bus, but the path from the terminal to the hotel was difficult to follow.

"Unfortunately no longer near the airport (but we were made aware of that and offered the chance to cancel for a fee).
There was no food available in the hotel as they were having pest control.
All the facilities were closed (games room, bowling alley etc) with the exception of a salon (seperate business).
Also the "complimentary" transfer to the Airport was not honoured as there was no longer a hotel vehicle. We booked a taxi for 5.00 am so we could get to the airport, when we went downstairs at 4.55 there was no taxi, a chap went out into the street to flag one down. 5.15 we finally got a taxi.
