"The desk staff all speak great english and were very helpful. Everything was imaculately clean(but in Japan anything less is offensive :) ). The free mineral water and complimentary toiletries were great, you just have to get them before you go upstairs(because they're kept at the front desk). Pricing was ok, really only good if you get breakfast included(we did). The hotel is just minutes away from Ropongi (shopping and nightlife), the main street its near is a regular taxi route, so they're cheaper to hail and easy to get; and its only about 4ish minutes to a subway. Altogether a pretty good 3 star hotel." - Aden Petersen

"The staff at reception were so helpful with any request we made. The hotel is located in a good area with easy access to the subway. The only difficulty we had was finding ways in and out of the subways with suitcases to get to Tokyo station. The fast airport train was great." - Robyn Noonan

"This is a sleeper. If you stay in a twin room, the room is large for the Japanese standard. It is located in a very quiet area in the middle of Tokyo and fairly close to a couple of subway system. It is close to Roppongi, Aoyama, and Akasaka districts. The room was always clean and the staff members spoke English and were very helpful." - Toshi Kii

"We were staying in the tripple room for a period of 8 nights. We were more then satisfied with this hotel ! Very clean, the room size was quite ok for Tokyo, comfortable beds, only 3 min. walk from the subway station which had good lines to every part of the city.
