Asia Hotel Bangkok

My experience with staying at Hotels in Bangkok have been good and bad. This place is in the OK but not great range. There are much better hotels in Bangkok with better locations and much better value. Will I stay at this hotel again? probably not.

Clean hotel but service very bad. Book at a reasonable price with hotel club for 3 pax. Apon checking in they wanted me to top up the different. But I informed the staff that I have paid what I already book with hotel club. So any different they need to check with hotel club. It gave me a very bad impression with this hotel and it also spoil my 1st day of visit. On the last day of check out they even ask me to pay for the hand towel which they claim that they placed 3 pieces. As the taxis I booked was waiting for me to airport so did not have the time to ask why, end up just paid for it 180.

I would recommend this hotel for the excellent location and service. I find the staffs very helpful and polite. The executive rooms are newly renovated. Will stay at Asia Hotel again when I visit Bangkok.

This hotel would be excellent for those who rely extensively on the use of the MRT to get around Bangkok especially to get to the mega malls in the main shopping areas. The rooms are clean and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Location is extremely convenient, and service is friendly. Rooms are convenient and provides value for money.

Asia Hotel in the city is very well located and it has an access to the skytrain. We had one bedroom very noisy near the road and skytrain. They are doing renovation so the future rooms will be better. Exemple : poillows are too old and it's difficult to adjust the hot water in the bathroom. The last thing is: wifi is too expansive. An hotel like that needs to offer a free wifi. It is part of the service

The price was excellent for what you get. Don't expect 5 star, but very good quality, location and service for a 3 star hotel.

Location fantastic, with Skytrain station on 2nd. floor of Hotel. We arrived from Italy at 8-00am & they arranged for our allocated room to be cleaned in 20 minutes. Staff were great & provided outstanding service. Breakfast only average, but, who cares when you are located right down the road from MBK Market & Siam Paragon. This will be the only hotel we stay in from now on. Only thing is no actual tourist info in hotel as they only try to sell their own services which are grossly overpriced for Bangkok. Example taxi to airport quoted 1800baht & we got it for 600, but who cares! The location won me.

We have been to this hotel about 6 times (most times we have been in Bangkok) The decor is getting a little bit dated and tired. The price is higher than ever before. We may have to look for a different hotel next time. We find the facilities and the location great but we think the price is a little too high compared to other hotels of this standard.

My wife and I arrived to Asia Hotel Bagkok 7 am and get the room immediately instead of waiting to the afternoon. And the day för departure we had two hours more, until 2 pm, then leave our luggage in the reception, take a walk in town, coming back för a shower and leave the hotel 9 pm! That´s really good service!

Having stayed there several times I feel like home there.

I have been visiting the Asia for several years and it is getting increasingly expensive and is looking tired and dated now. However, it is situated on the sky train route and taxi drivers know how to find it, so getting around is easy. It is a short walk from shopping centres. In room wi-fi and hotel internet were very expensive, it is much cheaper to log on at MBK shopping centre. Asia hotel is big and busy and has lively entertainment as well.

Excellent location. Hotel rooms bit tired, but location overrides this need. Hotel required credit card approval for greater amount than full payment at time of booking in. Good service.

The Asia is starting to look pretty tired. Lots of groups stay here so the reception desk is always busy. The location is the biggest selling point of this hotel, being directly connected to the BTS. There's a great rock pub across the road that has live bands most of the night too.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location is excellent, with connection to an airtrain station, one stop away from siam square!

Good hotel, excellent location near Siam square shopping and BTS station, breakfast adequate but same each morning, excellent value for money.

Hotel Staff are so friendly & helpful, specially one of security staff was looking after me quite well while I was running out my medication (diabetes tablets). At 10pm, he got the taxi and instructed taxi driver to take me to the pharmacy for getting tablets for me. I was so impressed. This was my first trip to Bangkok. Surely, I would go back to Asia hotel next time.
