Had 2 rooms here in July 2008 (1 for my two teenage sons and the other for my wife and I) as part of a 6 week trip throughout SE Asia. This was definitely one of the nicer hotels we stayed at - good rooms, decent location (about a 20 minute walk to the Imperial City), small but nice pool, very good breakfast, internet stations (which worked most of the time!) and staff who spoke English probably better than anywhere else we had stayed in Vietnam. Good value!
Good value for a three star hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The tour director, Chi, will ensure that your needs are met. The food is good and the service attentive. The pool area needs supervision, particularly if you have children, as the floor surface and stairs are quite dangerous when wet.
This is the best 3 star hotel I have stayed at. I will be comfortable recomending it to anyone.

The location of this hotel could not be better - on a street with many good restaurants. The pool area and bar, as well as the breakfast restaurant were excellent. One of the best breakfast during our travels in Vietnam.
The location is good, with a little swimmingpool on the roof, staff is very friendly. Negative: not a room with a vieuw: a stone wall at two meters of ower window!
Ideal spot for getting to know Hue at a great price. The hotel will be even better when construction on the new lift is finished.
The room is splendid, reception is very friendly, the food served on ground level restruarent and level 7 is really worthy. We really enjoy our stay here. YP
