Car parking:Underground carparking is available for $25 per night per car.
Child Policy:A child under the age of 12 years can stay free of charge with 1-2 paying adults sharing existing bedding (no request for separate bed). Average that when you arrive you are told to pay an extra $25 for parking. Also i booked on the internet it gave me the choice of SMOKING OR NON SMOKING room it made no difference the hotal was a NON Smoking hotel, if your going to sell rooms on the internet please tell us everything, we dont need surprises when we arrive, Paying extra for parking

My daughter and I stayed in the Aspire Hotel in Ultimo Sydney for 5 nights. We found the hotel to be exactly as described on their website. The location was excellent as my daughter was dancing in a competition at the Convention Centre in Darling Harbour; about a 10 minute walk from the Aspire Hotel. The Hotel was quiet, the staff were excellent; the rooms were clean and the accommodation was very affordable. We would definitely stay there again. Judy & Daughter Western Australia.
I would say that the best part of my stay with The Aspire Hotel was the friendliness, helpfulness and courtesy of the staff. The room was clean and well equipped (except for the rather ancient television), and last but not least , it was blissfully quiet!
Comfortable, reasonably priced hotel with buses and trains close. Within walking distance of the Powerhouse Museum. Quiet area back from the busy traffic. Would recommend.
This is a good budget hotel close to Darling Harbour. The rooms are a good size and its an easy walk into the city or monorail station. The beds are a little soft and worn but the linen and place is clean. If they renovated this place it would be a real gem!
The staff were so frendly and helpful. They did everything with a smaile! The location was so peaceful and as such unique in such a busy town. I am looking forward to staying again!
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for moving around the many attractions and shopping. Overall, reasonable rate in a great quiet location.
Cheap price for room and breakfast, quiet location, decent size room/bathroom and even included a balcany. No TV remote though. Will stay here again.
The hotel itself was quite hard to find,the room I had was out the back overlooking some sort of school/dorm,,it was quite gloomy&dull.If I were staying any longer I would have probably checked out and went somewhere else!Maybe good for an overnighter with no time to do anything else but sleep. The streeting outside was not very well lit
The facilities are dated, but ok for the money. We booked on line & were led to believe we'd have a balcony with opening window overlooking the Chinese Gardens - not our room! Excellent location.
Was ok value. A little run down, main lobby carpets couls have done with replacing.
Was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival. Very quiet, close to everything, room was great and friendly service. Will be rebooking here for my next Sydney stay

We had a nice large room, not much of a view but it was clean and the bed was good. Good location close to Darling Harbour and walking distance to inner city. Secure parking underneath hotel. Not the newest hotel but for the location and the money it is very good value. Would stay there again.
