"The service was very poor! I didn't enjoy my stay! I was put into a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds, where I only wanted a double room for 2 people! Not much room to move even though the room was quite large. Facilities need major repairing including one of the 3 lifts that doesn't go to reception level. Only location and pricing are the saving graces! Don't expect the staff there to be nice and friendly to you!" - Anonymous

"This hotel is filthy and very run down. The staff tried their best with very clean bedding and towels. The rooms were very well cleaned on a daily basis, however it is very clear that the carpets have not been cleaned in a very long time, our sink was badly cracked and black, the sofas were filthy, and the pull out mattress was a piece of very dirty foam without a cover on it. All furniture was grimy and greasy. I will never stay here again. " - Anonymous
