"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Associa Takayama. It was a very elegant hotel. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of fresh and tasty produce. The meals we had in the very pleasant Scenery lounge were very good. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. We had a lovely view from our room. " - Anonymous

"The Associa is a sparkling clean, beautiful hotel with nice view and several levels of hot springs. Everything, including the food, was first rate. The only downside is the location, perched atop a hill, somewhat away from the main part of town. The hotel does provide an half hourly and hourly shuttle to the train station, however.

The staff were very helpful and all the hotel services and facilities were also excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
