Aston Braga Hotel & Residence Bandung

Yes we liked the Hotel and its service. It is not far from the airport and we paid Rp25000 for the trip to the Airport via Bluebird taxi service using meter. From the airport the taxis are a rip off they don't want to use meters and we had no choice but to pay Rp40,000. The room (Deluxe)was clean and the TV channels about 60+channels were excelent. The breakfast buffet was excellent as it catered both western, asian and local food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent shopping center (Braga Walk)and food outlets within the complex.I had only one problem trying to find my way out of the hotel where you either have to go through the shopping centre or through the car park at the LG floor. Otherwise the Hotel I can classify as 5 star standard and would highly recomment for Malaysians as well as westerners. I would certainly stay here agai. The only minus point is that it is about 3KM from the Factory outlets in J Riau and J Dago.

The hotel is excellent. It also provides 2-bedrooms and 3-bedrooms apartment which is good for a group of travellers! It is located in Braga area. There are lots of pubs nearby. It is just about 10~15 minutes away to factory outlets and jeans street. There is a restaurant named Braga Permai which seves nice food. You can find lots of Sudanese/local food at Braga Walk too.

Location is in the center of the city. Friendly staff. Average breakfast.

This was our second stay at Aston Braga and we were generally happy except for the disappointing buffet dinner. Its location is a plus for this hotel in one area that used to be the elite part of the city that has since deteriorated and slowly being reborn. Several good restaurants line the stretch around the hotel.

Pros - EXCELLENT service from hotel staff. Very courteous and helpful. - Great linkup with Bluebird Co. (best taxi company in Indonesia) for taxi and driver bookings. - Hotel is very clean. - More than 60 channels on cable tv. - Great price for hotel. Cons - Room service staff knocks door too early in the morning. - Breakfast buffet spread needs to be slightly better. Will definitely stay at the hotel if we are in Bandung again.

The hotel is centrally located within the town centre. Transportation to factory outlets is easily available at the main road outside. Overall, the facilities and customer service is excellent. Keep up with the high standard.

Overall is good. Hotel looks new, people are friendly and helpful. But the breakfast choices not much, not much choice for vegetarian.

Stayed at the three rooms apartment. Suitable for a family of five. Fair price. Well secured elevator. Will stay again.

The building needs more lifts! Sometimes we have to wait for quarter of hours to use it. Everything are good, location, food, cleanliness etc. Overall this hotel is a nice place to stay.

Superb and enjoyable pleasant stay!. I was astonished with the allocation of the room as I only anticipated a hotel with an additional bed when I indicated for a triple occupancy. Thank you so much! I intend to tag my family again to Aston Bandung on my next visit there. The staffs are friendly and very helpful.

It is a good hotel, very convenient and has quality rooms, good location, nice breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff. Strongly recommended, especially for family.

Fantastic location with shopping centre down below and near restaurants and bars, although if you come on foot it's tricky to find the basement entry. The hotel was quite busy with families on the weekend.

We stayed in 3 bedroom condotel and must say that it's comfortable for family of 5-7 people. The service is good right from reception, coffee house right to the housekeeping. The choice for breakfast is good as I don't expect I don't have problem with locations as I have a driver that brings us around for a reasonable fee. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel and will return back soon.
