nice but do not feel to stay there next time

Decent, cheap place to stay within a 10 minute walk of the centre of town. Double room has only a pull out single bed to make enough sleeping space for two so rather unfriendly for a couple. Very basic but OK for a quick stay if you only want to sleep there.

Very good central location, right in Toulouse. Good value for the price.

The hotel was well located. The reception attention was OK. If I come back to Toulouse again, probably I will stay in Appart' Valley Toulouse Centre. I will recommend this hotel to my friends as well. Regards, Efrain

the only thing i have cause to complane is that there was only part time receptionists from 8am to 12am and then 3pm to 8pm. apart from that it was a very nice hotel.

Great appartments, good service, breakfast okay but very basic. I can definitely reccomend these appartments.

Beds and Bedding provided for in room poor. Bed Matresses needed renewing, Not firm enough. Beb to small and kept forcing me to roll out of bed and on to floor. Shower stalls poor not large enough. Bathroom floor collects water during showers. In summary room was below average, for pricing.

If you are looking for a nice place to spend a week in Toulouse and you don't want to run in the city all the time, I advice the Appart' Valley. The rooms are equipped with fridge, microwave hoven, heating plates, a bar ... everything to spend nice eveninings when you don't want to go to the restaurant, but rather stay at the hotel, have a drink, and cook something you brought fresh from the nearby market. Don't forget your salt 'n pepper!

The appartment is rather small. It was warm on the appartment and there was no air-conditioning. We had not so very much noise of the traffic and the location was very good (only 10 min walk from the centre of the city)

Our twin room was a mini-apartment, apparently designed for medium term stays by people working or studying in the area. We were asked to sign a rather daunting-looking contract on arrival, though we had no problems at all on departure. We had bikes, and could store them in a secure, undercover area. The staff were friendly and co-operative. The location is very good. It is not as far from the main railway station as some of the material suggests, and can be easily walked (unless carrying heavy suitcases) - just follow the canal.

The indication in the hotel information is that this apartment is close to the station - it is a very long walk (with luggage) and the street is not even on the Station Map that makes it difficult to find for first timers in Toulouse. Otherwise the Hotel is OK - the beds are small a convertible divan - one bed pulls out from under the other - local shops are easy to access but it is a fair way from the main part of town

We stayed 18 days in the hotel. It is very well located, practically in the center of the town, friendly atmosphere, comfortable. The only problem may be more noise because of proximity to the main roads.
