Located on Noosa Sound, At The Sound has 20 x 1 bedroom self contained studio apartments. Our Studio apartments include reverse cycle air conditioning, cable TV, kitchen with microwave & 2 burner cooktop, fridge/freezer, seperate ensuite with hairdryer and an outdoor patio area. All Studio apartments are one bedroom with queen bed and some with double foldout sofa bed. 13 of our 22 studios have a large corner spa in the bathroom and private balcony. Property features wireless broadband, large swimming pool, outdoor heated spa, BBQ area and off street undercover parking. No Parties or Functions

Getting there:At The Sound is located on Noosa Sound, 1.5 hrs North of Brisbane Airport & 25 mins from the Sunshine Coast airport. Noosa Parade is between Hastings Street at Noosa Heads and Noosaville. Door to Door drop off on our doorstep is provided by most airport bus services.
Check-in Procedure:CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT: Photo ID will be required at check-in that matches the guest name on the booking. We will take a copy of this to accompany the guest's signed registration. A security deposit will also be taken to guarentee payment of any incidentals or damage incurred by the guest. Office hours are 8am to 6pm. Should your arrival time be after 6pm, please phone the resort 24 hours prior to arrival for key arrangements.
Car parking:Studio apartments have off street undercover parking.
Child Policy:Extra cost of $15 per person occupying the double foldout sofa bed. Maximum of 2 xtra persons per studio apartment. Double foldout Sofa Bed/s & Portacots - Please request when booking your accommodation.
We found the studio apartment to be very confortable and the reception staff very pleasant. The TV could be updated to a widescreen digital type. Otherwise very good.

I was satisified with the accomodation. The only problem was not knowing the immediate area for dining facilities and take aways. I had initial problems with the air conditioning.
We enjoyed out stay here. Apartment is in a great location. Fitout was a little dated in looks, but it was very clean had all the basics - good tv, comfortable bed, self-contained kitchen.
Good value for money, friendly staff and just what you need for a few nights stay over at Noosa.

This is one of the best places I ahve stayed in after such along time. I liked the privacy and the freedom of space like the private pool and BBQ with lots of space to just laze around. this place is awesome. will go there again.
Good place for a couple to stay for a couple of nights, nicely presented and clean.

Basic but good, clean accomodation. More 3/3.5 star rather than 4. My balcony was much smaller than that in the photo - there are apartments with large balconies, and a few with much smaller ones. good location though and friendly staff.
close to hastings street, good value for money
Very happy with At the Sound Noosa Heads. Walking distance to Hastings if you don't mind a 20min walk - but saves you parking and there are no hills!
Room was spacious, clean and well presented. We stayed on the ground floor and it had a nice fenced courtyard. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is average, no views. All rooms face a main road, however there were no noise problems. Walking distance to Noosaville and there is a bus stop out the front to catch a bus into Noosa Heads.
romms good but fittings (shower heads door handles) not best quality, some were in a damaged state when we arrived, apart from that stay was good, would use them again
the road in front was very noisy so couldn't use balcony which was very small didn't feel 4 star at all pool area was very mouldy and bins round pool never got changed even though overflowing room didn't feel homely at all was quite disapointed.
Nice unit; modern and airy. On main road but little disturbance at night. Lovely spa bath. Very helpful lady at reception. A fair walk to Hasting Street and Main Beach but not so far to the Noosaville riverside area.
Lovely unit, nice and tidy. Recommend "spa" unit. Big spacious (and private) spa bath located in your very own bathroom.
