Stayed one night on a short business trip. Wifi not included in room rate. Hotel old and empty. Staff, average. Close to train station, which is useful. Not somewhere would recommend for long business trip or fo a holiday.
It is a very 'business' hotel and is far from the city centre. However is next to a metro station and offers a good quality experience alround.
good facilities and a nice atmosphere. Located across the road from the train station and shops which can be useful too.
Wireless Internet was not available, not enough signs/info for the guests
Very price worthy (booked at last minute rate). Service at it's best! Good breakfast buffet included. Nice street/piazza with restaurants/bars just around the corner.
The room was very comfortable and clean. Compared to the general standards of the hotel, breakfast was poor !
Staff extremely cooperative. Room was a good size. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.
Very nice hotel, excellent cleaning staff, nice public areas, comfortable rooms with decent toiletries, dressing gown and slippers. Bar drinks very expensive compared to Milan bars and other hotels. Was unable to get refreshments after 1 a.m. and night reception staff were unhelpful.
Very Convenient Hotel. Close to Metro and Train stations. Not too far from main citycenter, few minutes with Metro or 20 min walk. Also many restaurants and shops nearby. Overall a good stay.
superb hotel with lovely facilities. services was great. two stops on the green line metro from central station (corso como). nice little pizza place next door with take away option as part of hotel. had problem with our bed & the hotel moved us 2 an upgraded room. fantastic!
Generally the hotel was good, especially the location. We were surprised that the room did not have any tea/coffee making facilities, although the advertisement for the hotel indicated that tea/coffee making facilities are available. When we requested that the room be provided with such facilities, we were told that such facilities are only available to executive rooms. In Australia, even a one star hotel/motel has such facilities! We asked for a corkscrew and had to ring twice and wait for over 20 minutes. Even then we were not given the corkscrew, as the hotel staff member insisted on opening the bottle of wine. A few weeks back we stayed in London in a 4 star Millanium hotel and when we requested a corkscrew, we were provided with a complimentary corkscrew. Having said that, when we had problems opening the room security safe, management responded immediately. The American breakfast given as part of the accommodation package was also good.
The reservation was for Executive Suite, the first night we got a normal room.
Excellently furnished room in a top class hotel, highly recommended.
The Hotel's location was very good, close to the Subway station and short distance from the Central Train Station of Milan. Also it was 2 minutes walk from the famous street of Corso Como which is the poular area for resturants pubs and clubs in Milano. Overall, the hotel was good.
I had a great stay with fantastic value for money. I can definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Milan.
Great location from the station {Garibaldi) to which I arrived with good local facilities, restaurants etc.
I found the hotel to be very classy and wouldn't hesitate in staying there again if I returned to Milan. I highly recommend this hotel.
Good service for a large hotel. Good value for money. Fairly good breakfast selection.
A bit out of the way, but right next to a nice little area of restaurants and outdoor cafes. Excellent breakfast buffet and friendly staff.
Very good locations, nearby subway & tram. Clean room with tea & coffee pot in room.
