The hotel is vey clean, has a good location as it is situated 5min walk from the vaporreto stop. the breakfast however is a bit poor, but as its inclued can't ask for much
Nice view and very quiet.
Would definitely go back again!!
Nice hotel at the Lido near the Vaporetto-sation. Best value for money.
As the hotel is situated on Lido it is out of the main hub of Venice and therefore extremely quiet with a relaxing atmosphere. However the cost of the Vaperetto to travel to the main area of Venice is quite expensive. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes to be close to Venice but away from the busy centre. The only negative would be that breakfast was not available until 8am.
I like the Lido because it is quiet and pretty, and it is easy to get to venice 24 hours using the waterbuses. the hotel staff were helpful and the room was clean. it was a little on the pricey side but it was Venice!
Very small and basic room, with nice ensuite bathroom. The 1 and 2 star rooms that I had elsewhere in italy were bigger, better and cheaper. I liked the out the way residential location but others may find this a bit remote from Venice. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was pathetic.
The site of the Hotel was very good, very near the "vaporetto" station. Reception was very kind, rooms a little small for two, but comfortable enough. Breakfast was good enough. We enjoyed our stay. We will go back on another occasion.
The hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the Lido vaporetti station and there were many restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was OK, with comfortable beds and a good (if oddly decorated) bathroom with a good shower. Everything was very clean. Breakfasts were also OK. We would stay there again.
A great little hotel. Quiet, easy walk to shops, restaurants and vaporetta. We'd stay there again.
A good base for a holiday in Venice so long as you realise there is a 30 minute boat ride to the main centre of Venice. Nice beach and super restaurants within easy walking distance from hotel. Very obliging staff.
I stayed in Atlanta Hotel for 2 nights. I did really enjoy the room and the nice balcony which provided a wonderful view.
This small friendly air conditioned hotel suited our family needs very well allowing us to stay together in the suite
Good hotel, friendly service, convenient and peaceful location. Recommended by family.
Three of us (ladies in our 50's) stayed in the Penthouse Suite sleeping four people. It sounds very grand but it was really a room with a mezzanine accessed by a loft ladder! The mezzanine bed was a mattress on the floor. Great for children! Luckily one of my friends was slim and agile and could climb up the ladder. However, we did have a fantastic terrace overlooking the lagoon and we could sit out there, otherwise the room was very small. However, everything was clean and staff friendly. Location was excellent. We will certainly stay there again.
I'm very glad for staying at Atlanta Hotel. It was very comfortable, the price was normal and it was close to the shopping centers in Lido.
The location of the hotel on the Lido was the perfect location as it got you away from the crowds. As the weather was warm the boat trip from Venice city offered a lovely breeze and was only 10 minutes from St. Marks. Our room had air conditioning which ensured it was at the right temp. The decor was very elegant. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would stay here again on a visit to Venice. As with all the hotels we have stayed at with HotelClub this one offers great value for money. P.S. Also near some excellent bars, cafes and restaurants.
bed was extremly uncomfortable, 2 singles pushed together, room very small and too hot. it seemed like because we paid a cheaper rate we didnt actually get the description of the double room at all. breakfast was also not american style in my opion, hotel o.k for a night but no longer.
This hotel is a bit expensive for what it is. The street it is in is charming but it is a long way from the highlights. The hotel is a bit light on facilities. Parking is dreadful. But the people are friendly.
Imagine our surprise as we stepped into the Penthouse Suites of this very nice Lido Isle hotel. With nearly 360 degrees of view over the bay and the Adriatic we were very sorry to have had only one night there. Having never been to Venice before we did not know what to expect from the area. Lida Isle is enchanting and quiet, worth a day or two on its own. We will be back.
