"As the hotel is situated on Lido it is out of the main hub of Venice and therefore extremely quiet with a relaxing atmosphere. However the cost of the Vaperetto to travel to the main area of Venice is quite expensive. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes to be close to Venice but away from the busy centre. The Atlanta Augustus Hotel is centrally located on the residential Island of Lido, just 10 minutes from St. Marks Square (easily accessible 24 hours a day) by public water bus.

The island of Lido offers a world famous beach and Casino, both only 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is a historic liberty style villa, completely renovated with 38 rooms on 4 floors. 3 stars superior
