"Staff extremely helpful and speak English. Breakfast is a buffet with something for everyone on offer. Great location as tram stops outside and Metro is just round corner. Wenceslas Square is within walking distance. Huge shopping complex next door opened 25/10/07 " - Anonymous

"This was a very beautiful hotel, the service was excellent and the hosts were very helpful with information of the city and also recommended great restaurants, also the location was right in the heart of the city. Shopping centers, sights were just in walking dstance. The only thing that they shoud change which is not a big deal is the internet service. Too much of a line up either then that everything was great.
