The hotel is located in the heart of the Sunny Beach resort, about 150m from the central beach. The hotel is appropriate predominantly for young people because it is very close to entertainment facilities. The bus station for Varna, Burgas and Nessebar is not far from the hotel.
The three-storey hotel building holds 36 double rooms , 4 apartments and lift. Each room has a balcony and also equipped with an additional bed, air-conditioning, telephone, TV and mini bar, change and souvenir stand, shower and/or bath tub.
Within the complex there is a delightful restaurant seating up to 80 guests.

The hotel has a really central location. Across the street, just opposite the hotel, there are several gifts shops and 24-hour mini-market, pharmacy, china restaurant, doctor’s, hairdresser’s. 50m. away is a 3-floor disco, a post office and fruits and vegetables market. There is also a policlinic nearby.
Sunny Beach offers not only water sports facilities but lots of other options too: tennis courts, horse-riding school, bowling and mini-golf, volleyball on the beach and archery. A ride around on a bicycle or rickshaw on wheels is so refreshing after a long day on the beach. There are more than 150 restaurants, cafés, night clubs, discos, etc. The resort is a genuine childrens paradise - plenty of fun and games, children pools, slides, carting.
The hotel can be reached from the following airports: Bourgas 35 km and Varna – 100 km.
