stunning hotel, comfortable rooms, problem with internet. They do not provide wifi in the rooms which is a big inconvinience if you and your partner want to use the internet at the same time
Good location & price. Apartment clean & well furnished. No microwave oven which would have been more useful for a short stay than a full sized oven & dishwasher. Recycling area dirty & inadequate. TV picture quality poor on several channels & unable to tune in mainstream channels like BBC1 & 2. The reception staff that I encountered were helpful & friendly bar one. Subjected to very late night noise from canal area below apartment & adjacent bar despite double glazing. Would stay there again, if on a short visit, on basis of location & price.
If you are expecting the same services as that of a normal 4*, then this is not the right place. In general, this might be a better bet for those who are planning to little longer and prefer to cook their own food.
Absolutely fantastic!!right in the middle of the city centre, very clean and friendly and great value for money! Whole apartment was fully furnished including living room and kitchen. Anythin required that wasn't in the apartment could be requested from reception. The only problem was that the rooms were too hot but not so bad that wouldn't go again. Would definatley recommend to anyone!!!!!
We ha a 1-bedroom apartment with kitchen. Excellent size and nicely equipped. Very nice rooms, though a bit hot. Location is VERY central, but be advised, there is a lot of traffic noise from Princess Street. Get rooms high up or towards another street. Staff is friendly. Rooms get cleaned on a weekly basis during your stay, this should really be doubled, but no problem getting your towels changed if you want to. We will use this hotel again!
The rooms are getting in need of refreshing. Things are getting old and broken. Moulding and paint is beginning to show age. The lay-out of the bedroom wasn't very functional this year, you had to close your door to access the dresser or watch television. Although not your fault, the sewer work in front of the hotel's only entrance made for a miserable stench every time we went in or out, plus the smell was in the lift!! Gross!!!
This is the second time we stayed here as it's such a good location. We were in a quieter room than last tims so it was much better. Staff on reception are friendly. No complaints.
We stayed here for one night and found the apartment to be very clean, we were upgraded to an executive apartment upon arrival, like having your own bachelor pad again!! The location was great easy access with car in and out. We used the NCP car park directly behind the apartment at £16 for 24hrs which was superb. The location was great just 5/10min walk from city centre (picadilly) loads of bars & restraunts near by and directly across the road from Canal Street.
I love the space that don't usually come with a hotel room! Stayed there twice and will do so again, if I visit Manchester. For others to note - there are several bars around the hotel and so it gets a bit noisy if you leave the windows open at night. Also wish there's free wireless in the room.
Great location. Walking distance to the Arnsdale Shopping district and Kings street area. Close to St Peters tram station....ideal for venturing out to The Trafford Centre etc. Close to Canal Street area and other night spots. Would recommend
Very Convenient to Canal street Needs Air Conditioning Badly. Apartment very hot. A vertical noisy fan provided. Cant open windows because o the noise from the external Air Conditioning units below. Nice Reception. Very helpful Would return for sure……. Just not in a heat wave!!!!
The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped, with an airy loft apartment feel...open plan bed/sitting area/dining area/very well equipped kitchen for self caterers. Light, contemporary atmosphere with good art prints-Klee, Picasso, Kandinsky- on white walls. Bathroom perhaps a little `tired, but would definitely consider using the Atrium again when next in town.
The two room apartment was very clean and although small had enough space to give a mre relaxed atmosphere than a single room. Well appointed and good location for city centre and night life.
nice hotel, little noisy on the side we were on , the gay village is across the road and they party pretty much everynight so it was noisy, but apart from that the hotel is nice and clean spacious apartments, small stroll to piccadilly station and the centre, staff were great, probably would stay there again
Apartment was large, a bit too big, unnecessary space. Room was never serviced for the 4 days we were there, even though we put the sign on the door every day. Rude reception staff. Very central, so it was a big plus, and [website] had a very good offer too. Good shower, hard bed but not uncomfortable. Iron and hairdryer in room with kitchenette, which is very handy.
central location by canal.Very helpful staff on reception. Comfortable bed.Not good for disabled as stairs to lift for first floor access.Close to shops and restaurants and theatre. Very poor if dropping off nowhere to park whilst unloading luggage. This should be addressed as a taxi has no where to pull in,and it is dangerous and illegal even if you pull onto the pavement as the buses pass incredibly close and at speed as they approach the junction. No problem with pedestrian access. Do not recommend the breakfast box.Overpriced and poor quality fruit.(£7)
Looked good in the information pack unfurtunately did not live up to the brochure.Carpets dirty and stained and was like a one bedroom rabbit hutch.
We have just returned from a two night stay at the atrium by bridgestreet hotel, the receptionists were very friendly and efficient and the apartment was great, very spacious and comfortable, had everything we needed. Would return again and recommend to friends and family.
extremely friendly guy checked us in. Apartment was lovely- clean, spacious and well-equipped. Now looking to return in August with the kids as the space available here beats a hotel room any day! Can't recommend them highly enough.
Wonderful apartments - will use them again
