Getting there:The Atrium Hotel Mandurah is around 80 kilometres south of Perth. Take the Mandurah City exit from Mandurah Road and turn right into Peel Street and the hotel is situated on the corner of Peel and Ormsby Terrace Mandurah. Catch the train from Perth to Mandurah. Shuttle bus stops 200 metres from hotel.
Check-in Procedure:Reception hours are from 7am to 9pm. After hours check in, must be confirmed prior to the arrival date. We require either credit card details or a security bond of $500 with photo id.

Reception staff was very unfriendly. Toilet was close to blocking. Stains on the sheets. All in all not a hotel to recommend.
staff were helpful and freindly, hotel may have been modern thirty years ago but is very out of date and is in need of a complete facelift, tariff is way over the top for standard of accomadation.

We had an enjoyable stay. I was impressed with the staff. Everyone was cheerful and only too delighted to assist in any way they could. It was very nice to see so many happy faces, because believe me when I say that is not always the case in some hotels. Not charging to park the car was a bonus, as we have been charged as much as $25.00 per night at some hotels which makes a conciderable differance to the final account. Ten out ten for the Atrium.

We always enjoy our stay at the Atrium. LCD TV with digital stations and foxtel are good. Half price dinner on Tuesday is great. $14.90 breakfast is hard to beat. Also a bar by the pool.
We enjoyed swimming in pool. Sunday roast was great in resturant at an excellent price. We would definately stay here again if we were in the area again and will recommend it to friends who plan a tirp to WA.
The Atrium has a very good location. However, I was disappointed in the down scale of the hotel. The rooms had very old furniture. The look, feel & smell of the room was ancient. It didn't have a clean, fresh smell or look to it. We spent only one night, but that was more than enough. I could not recommend this hotel to friends & family.
We found one of the receptionists less than helpful when we arrived everybody else was very pleasant . Atrium also quite noisy because pool and spa in centre of atrium so echo`s. Was unaware that we had to pay a bond or use bankcard as security.
in need of a revamp
WE enjoy the indoor swimming pool, heated, for a swim in winter, along with the sauna and spa.Very nice and at a very good price, booked on line.

If you have kids- this is the place for you! There is a pool in the middle of the resort, where the kids can swim, and the adults can sit at the bar and have a lovely cocktail. Its in walking distance to the movies, a great chinese restruant, and the water. It has some kitchen facilities, and while its not a super luxurious place, its clean and reasonably priced. Mandurah is beautiful.
