Atrium Resort Apartments Gold Coast

The hotel is located across from the broad waters north of the Gold Coast, this area is quiet and has a great walking strip along the beach. The facilities are well maintained and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel carries the basic necessities for you convenience and there are four shopping centres with in 5km when you need to stock up on food etc. There are a couple of restaurants close by (one in the hotel) that serve great food at a reasonable cost. The hotel is in a good location for accessing the theme parks which are a short 20 minute drive away.

Whilst being affected due to the QLD floods i called resort only to be told that there would be no refunds! I thought that this was quite rude and harsh given the circumstances and was not a good start. Beds were terribly lumpy and uncomfortable. Not in walking distance to any restaurants or shops, there is however a restaurnat downstairs. Great views of the river. Personally, i wouldn't stay there again.

The apartment was very roomy except for the kitchen. Thought it would have been a lot bigger in the 2 bedroom spa units. I also would like to comment on is the lack of water pressure in the showers. The water was so weak it wouldn't even wash the soap off. Ended up having a bath each time. Other than that the apartment and location were great.

Great location, close to the theme parks, good rates and pleasant staff. I would definitely stay here again.

found the resort to be very good with easy access to food outlets and closeness to surfers paradise very quiet did not hear a thing from other occupants,will stay here in the future

Accomodation was excellent, well priced and positioned. If anything I would say that on arrival it would of been good if the reception desk quickly advised where everything was located within the complex. This would save having to go back and ask. Also both on booking in and booking out, the incorrect details were advised to us. ie we had a booking for 4, where we were told me it was for 5. I paid in full online, upon booking out I was asked to pay $140 upgrade fee. Which was incorrect as we did not at anytime request an upgrade. Reception staff where most helpful and friendly, however, it would be beneficiable if the correct details were relayed to the client, as these errors were a little off putting. Upon saying that, I would most definitely book this apartment again.

If silence is golden then this hotel fits the bill, not a child to be heard anywhere and the staff went out of its way to assist with every enquiry and they were interested in how your day was going. A true family environment.

Location was good, apartment also was good with nice sized living areas and bathroom. Overall great value & we'd happily stay here again

Fantastic apartment except it would be good to be able to pay for afternoon checkout when you have a late flight like we did.

We found our stay very enjoyable. Pls find below our comments: 1. The room was reasonably clean but needed a bit more vaccuming. 2. We understand that the unit was self contained but there was no where near by to go to for breakfast. Overall the experience was very good and we will stay again. Thanks. Regards,

I suggest some more sun chairs as there were only four downstairs and 2 upstairs. Beautiful place would like to stay again some of the furnishings and appliances need changing, a few extra towels would be nice and some extra sheets.

I found the facilities a money saver, because we could cook ourselves and not have to eat out everyday. The laundry was wonderful it meant that I didn't arrive with dirty clothes back home. I have recommended it to my friends because I enjoyed my stay there so much.

Other than the lounge suite needing replacement, the unit was clean and had everything we needed - we had a great stay, thank you!

A very enjoyable stay. Traffic a bit noisy at night, but so is the rest of the Gold Coast. A bit far from decent restaurants, but one on site. Fantastic views. Will definitely go again.

the service from staff was great they help us in ending way, they view from room over looking the river, playing tennis at night, pool on the top plus bbq area, spa for two in room, this was great get away for us

Cosy, family friendly hotel, close to all the Gold Coast attractions. Not luxurious but very comfortable
