Auckland City Oaks Serviced Apartments Hotel

Hotel was in a reasonable position to walk to the city but not in a particularly good part of town. The room was average though good if you want to stay a few days as it had a kitchen and dining area plus washing machine etc. Staff were friendly and courteous except for the night one. Quite noisy at night in the street below and no view from the window much. Nowhere close by to buy food and only one eating place close, Quite pricey for what it was - we moved to a 5 star hotel later for the same price.

We found no problems staying at Auckland City Oaks. Staff were great, good parking, great room, excellant breakfast. Go a long way to equal.

Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. NOT a luxury hotel at all. Our suite (G07) had a wonderful view of the back of the police station. If you want on-site parking, specify when making your reservation, or it will be unavailable. Three blocks to nearest ATM. Staff is friendly and willing, but not terribly knowledgeable.

I have stayed in these apartments several times now as they are excellent value. The apartments are centrally situated & are clean & comfortable, The staff are always very pleasant & give extrememly good service.

Great hotel, service was friendly & helpful, especially with transportation questions. Very clean & comfortable, loved my stay, breaky could have had a little bit more variety.

We booked accommodation for 6 nights, the first night we were given a basic room on the 2nd floor overlooking the back of the police car park without views. Although the room appeared clean, it wasnt spotless. However, we approached the Manager and the next morning we were shown a different apartment on level 4, it was alot larger and brighter with a balcony and more windows with views of skycity and the city. Continental breakfast was included daily and the staff was very helpful. Having also stayed in 4.5 hotels in Auckland, we would definitely recommend this hotel above others and would definitely stay again based on accommodation, price, location, and customer service of staff.

This was more than adequate for our requirements. The location is an excellent central position and the pricing was cheap. I would recommend this accomodation.

Enjoyed our stay in our studio apartment, clean and modern, good sized bed. A light continental breakfast was provided, although we also bought extra supplies from the many local Chinese mini-marts close by. Location was the only slight downside, being a 10-15 mins walk to the CBD shops, but a more centrally located position would have cost more.

The room is greta. Would definitely return for a longer stay as it is self contained. Cooking facilities in the room and very stylish. Would highly recommend - and is so central.

This is a really top place to stay in Auckland, everything supplied. Good breakfast supplies every day, comfortable beds, quiet location in the heart of Auckland.

Convenient location, friendly helpful staff, great room.

My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The main positives were the helpfulness of the staff, reasonable walking distance to the city centre and quay restaurant area, terrific facilities, (large fridge, washing machine, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave) - all you could want, very reasonable cost and they even had a great deal with taxi for cheap rate to the airport. On the negative side the space was a bit tight in the bedroom and living area. We would certainly choose to stay there again.
