This size provides our Conference Centre with the capacity for more than eight thousand people; the largest Auditorium in Spain. In addition, there are one thousand parking spaces. We have 869 rooms; they are all double rooms equipped as it actually corresponds to a four stars superior Hotel, with three telephone sockets, an internet connection and 24-hour Room Service. Three hundred of them have King-Size beds. There are twenty-eight Junior Suites and two Presidential Suites in our Executive Floor.

Beautiful hotel for the price, and you don't have to hurry from the busy Madrid center to the airport. We spent our last night here. Free shuttle to the airport is a plus! Buffett and restaurant a bit pricy, there is not much to choose from around area.
What a surprise; elegant artwork throughout,space galore, and a breakfast buffet that tops them all. The posted room rates were 300 euros high season and 230 for low season for a double......Why did I get such a low rate from Cheaptickets? They need to fill those rooms! The parking fee was not included 21 euros a day. The bathroom ceiling was coming apart and mole growing on the edges of the bath tub.....But, worth the experience and shuttle works well to get back to the airport and the metro!
The description is that this hotel is .7 of a mile from airport, but it takes 20 minutes; promotion was a bit misleading---we picked it because it seemed so extremely close and convenient. We arrived about 10 p.m., but had an early morning flight, so very little time spent in this attractive and large hotel. It appeared to have wonderful facilities, but we had no opportunity to enjoy. The driver of shuttle a bit grumpy, and the staff average. Hotel rooms great, sparkling, and comfortable. Asked staff for a 4 a.m. wake-up, but got it at 5 a.m.. So missed the shuttle; fortunately got the next, but with no time for shower, etc. Allen H
totally lost initially.hotel was really far from city but accessible to bus and metro,you just have to find it .food was nothing special and expensive.no gift shop and have to use vending machines which cost 2 euros even for simple candy.english speaking receptionist helps but most of them are to impatient to deal with non spanish speaking guests.no coffee . maker in room which is standard to all international hotels we have been.would also be nice to have an iron and ironing board. nor 2 bottled water supply on mini bar as promised daily.we were drinking tap water in room. just gave up to complain.
Perfect place to stay to catch an early flight in the morning. Nice ambience. Restaurant is pricey and there's no other restaurant or convenient stores to buy cheaper meals.
It is located very close to the airport and offers free shuttle to the airport. Very convenient if you are travelling. The restaurants are expensive, so it is better to find food before getting to the hotel.
Big hotel, with good breakfast, clean, not far from the airport, but I waited 80 minutes for shuttle airport-hotel as there were some problem with minibus, but to my repeted calls to the hotel I was told that miibus would be in 10 minutes. I could not take a taxi as all drivers refused to go to the hotel situated very close. This was a bad impression.

We have stayed here several times when we need a stopover close to Madrid Airport. Staff are quietly efficient very good value for money
Pros - excellent location, nice rooms. Cons - huge hotel, feels like a train station, and the service - accordingly...

As we were only in Madrid as a stopover this hotel was good for us as it was near to the airport. We did not arrive until 11pm and were still able to have a snack and a drink. The service was very attentive
Good Hotel, close to the exhibition center and airport, with excellent facilities, good service and very clean, on the downside, parking is very poor, and find it expensive to pay 21 euros per day to use the public carpark, also room decoration getting a bit tired, and some of the rooms could need a facelift, Breakfast not fantastic and very basic,

Very nice hotel, close to Madrid airport. Good sized and clean rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free shuttle service to airport was a real bonus! Highly recommended if you need to stay near the airport.
This hotel was well situated for overnight stay, free shuttle to and from airport, bar services provided light meals at a reasonabled price.
Hotel breakfast was good. Check-in counter agents did not explain credit card is needed for room charges.
