"We booked two rooms. Double room was according expectations, but offered single room was far below level. We have been forged to pay extra to get an equal room as booked for the double room. Breakfast was good, cleanliness of linen and towels OK, but rooms, corridors, foyer seats, etc. were poor and out standard." - Anonymous
