Located at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, Aussie Resort is a 3.5 star property with over forty self contained single bedroom, non smoking units available to rent. All units have sofa beds in the lounge for additional guests.There is a full kitcken with a stove, fridge and microwave. The ensuite bathroom has a washing machine and drier. Most units have reverse cycle airconditioning. All units have direct dial STD phones. Although the unique Australia-shaped swimming pool and spa and our award winning gardens are a feature of the complex, we are located only 50m from beautiful Burleigh Beach, which is one of the most attractive on the Gold Coast.

Getting there:Find us on the corner of 3rd Ave and the Gold Coast Highway at Burleigh Heads We are adjacent to the world famous surf break at Burleigh Point, and only a short drive to the surf areas of Snapper Rocks and Kirra. We are only 5 or 6 minutes walk from the excellent restaurants of Burleigh, and less than 10 minutes drive from the shops of Pacific Fair, Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. Coolangatta Airport is a 20 minute drive away,with public transport stops 50m away on the Gold Coast Highway. Brisbane airport is only an hour away with connections available through train or shuttle bus.
Check-in Procedure:Check in during office hours 0830 - 1730 Monday to Friday. 0830 - 1230 Saturday, Sunday & public holidays. VERY IMPORTANT - Contact reception for information regarding check-in outside these hours.
Car parking:Underground secure car parking is provided with a height restriction of two metres

it provided everything that was required for an enjoyable stay. Also Jan at reception was an genuine delight a truly beautiful lady, a real pleasure to deal with.
We booked a standard roomand were happy with the size and setup - well equipped kitchen, good sized bathroom, great shower with lots of hot water. The washing machine and dryer were very handy plus there was an airing rack - useful since it rained every day we were there. The pool was great, shaped like Australia, deep enough for playing around in and warm enough for swimming on wet days too, plus a very warm spa with optional jets. Not the best pool for small kids since there's no really shallow areas but brilliant for my 11 year old. Tables and chairs to sit at to keep you dry or cool too. Bus stop on the corner heading south and a 2 minute walk to one to go north, Coles 4 blocks away, beach through the back gate and across the Esplanade - good location, a little noisy in rooms on the highway side.

The resort fronts the busy Gold Coast Highway which can be a problem if you get a room on the Highway side. The room was spacious and clean but starting to show signs of age. Suited the purpose for me as a weekend business trip bed but would not want to spend my holidays here.
close to the beach old style from the eighties but overall very well maitained,pool is lovely and spa very warm,beautiful gardens
Convenient location if you have a car. Very peaceful even though the Gold Coast Highway runs alongside some of the apartments. Apartment particularly well appointed including freezer which allowed long term planning of meals, and two TVs, one including cable. Apartments are unserviced.
Everything was perfect the guests were chatty, the pool was lovely and the staff were helpful. close to bus stop, so easy access to surfers paradise and theme parks. Also beach a two minute walk. would def stop there again :O)
The unit had been cleaned to the usual standard on arrival however the carpets and bedspreads were in need of cleaning. The carpet felt grimy underfoot and the bedpread smelt musty not fresh. The staff were exceptionally friendly and pleasant to deal with.
