"the maid service i wasnt hap;py with at all.they left in my bathroom a large cleanind dirty sponge,no shampoo and conditioner,did not empty the garbage and when i saked for them to remove the sponge and give new shampoos the house maid was very rude" - adel ayoub
"Only stayed one night. Found it good value for the price.

"Receive a room with the bed lamp not working. Request at the reception twice to be fix, but there was no reply.
After two days of our stay, when we were leaving, the lamp was still not fixed.
The second day of our stay we had to use dirty cup and saucer that we had used the night before.
The electric kettle had something black inside when we rinse it out before use.
Both of the twin-beds was not in a good condition, it was so old and had holes in the matress causing it to sink." - Anonymous
