Getting there:from the South, turn left at first set of lights into Craigie Avenue and the Avenue Motor Lodge is 600 metres on the left. From the North the Avenue Motor Lodge is opposite Century Pool which is 1 Km from the town centre on State Highway one. (A quiet location)
Check-in Procedure:Office hours are 7.30am until 9.30pm, if you are checking in after 9.30pm please call us as we are happy to accommodate you. You will find the phone number on your Confirmation Voucher.

Beautifully appointed and excellently priced. Spacious. Both the one bedroom and studio rooms provided a very comfortable and enjoyable overnight stay. Would certainly repeat the experience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Need to have a car here. Room heater/cooler was very noisy, interfered with sleep. Spacious, modern and well-equipped.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom spa apartment and were definitely not dissapointed! The apartment was modern and large, with plenty of room to move. Good kitchen which even had a coffee perculator. Huge luxurious spa bath. Comfy King bed and thick curtains to block out light. Also had outdoor seating area on balcony. would defintely return here!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom family appartment. It is huge, the largest we have stayed in and everything was imaculate. Can't recommend higher.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Avenue Motor Lodge in Timaru. It was an awesome experience each time! It is a very clean very comfortable experience. And the spa bath was exactly what we needed to relax after so much traveling! The people who run the place are very nice! We will DEFINATELY stay there again and again every time we're back in Timaru!
