It was alright. The hotel is not located where the all the fun is on the Genting Highlands mountain. You have to take the cable lift to go up to where all the hotels are.
have a nice room and good view from the hotel....Its not far from Genting Higland theme park ...
We love the 2 queen size bed in a room. It is also very spacious.
Beautiful hotel up in the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay was so peaceful and great facilities all around. Its almost like a small city with its own shops and cafe and restaurants
It's a nice place with the temperature just right. They should consider renovating the place, providing more facilities/things. e.g. safebox, face towels, toothbrush etc.
The room big and spacious. The food were delicious. Lots of variety to choose from. Staffs were friendly and helpful. I will always return to the same hotel if I were to Genting Highlands.
Having stayed at this fantastic resort hotel previously just had to come back with my wife. The service was as good as expected and could not fault the place. Once again would be delighted to come back again.
Staff are friendly,courteous and very helpful. Varieties of food-splendid and very nice (Food are Hallal). Facilities are execellent including shuttle service bus to the Resort World plus the complimentary 2 return ticket to the Genting Skyway. Love the place and will like to come again.
Overall a nice experience.
The hotel have not provided slipper, tooth brush, tooth paste and the tv received only local channel shows and no other variety selection like HBO or other countrys channel. The rates is too high for this hotel. The facilities just like 3 star hotel.
Except for location all is good.

It was a nice experiebce to stay at this hotel. The location and room charges are very attractive. Also the free shuttle service to Genting highland adds excitement to my visit.
Need refurbishing both inside and outside.
It was very convenient, especially if u have young children its young children friendly.
Big Superior room with 2 queen size bed that can easily accommodate 4 people. Good mountain view as well.
