"I had booked a small apartment for one person but was given a two-bedroom apartment for four - that was great, very spacious! Nice views out onto the garden, very quiet apart from a short period when the kids at the next-door school had their break. Negative points: the apartment was on the fifth floor and the lift didn't work. The water in the shower was only lukewarm. Very little in terms of plates and cups etc. provided. "Large rooms with plenty of space although difficult to find. Directions from local Metro Station 'Louise' could be more precise. It is a bit out of the way if you want to be centred around the Grand Place tourist area. Overall nice clean flat, ideally situated, if you know the Brusells area " - Frank Balloch
"The hotel provides above average room space for the room rate. At the back of the hotel are two schools which makes it very noisy between 8.00 and 8.45am. " - Anonymous
