We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel as it was very convenient and value for money. One thing to make it perfect for me is to upgrade the kitchen facilities. We would return again. : - ]

Very pleasent and quiet hotel. Just take note that breakfast is not served, but you can easily prepare it in your flat.
Very well equipped flats perfect for mid-term stays
Mr. Pascal (the maintenance expert) is very good. Apartments are big and very nice. Parking must be reserved in advance.
This hotel is good value for the money. It is not at all close to the metro stations (Louise or Port de Namur), but with wheeled luggage that's fine. Also, taxes are cheap in Bruxelles. So with the money saved on the hotel prices, you can easily take taxi rides to the Grand Place etc. The hotel staff was friendly.
An aparthotel, which is very convenient if you need a kitchenette. Very modern and clean, daily room service and free wifi. Place Cocq and Chaussée d'Ixelles nearby, with food stores and fastfoods open late. The only inconvenient is the reception closing early: you need to call the janitor to come and accomodate you, which is quite annoying if you arrive tired at midnight.

I had booked a small apartment for one person but was given a two-bedroom apartment for four - that was great, very spacious! Nice views out onto the garden, very quiet apart from a short period when the kids at the next-door school had their break. Negative points: the apartment was on the fifth floor and the lift didn't work. The water in the shower was only lukewarm. Very little in terms of plates and cups etc. provided. It was nice though for just one night.
Large rooms with plenty of space although difficult to find. Directions from local Metro Station 'Louise' could be more precise. It is a bit out of the way if you want to be centred around the Grand Place tourist area. Overall nice clean flat, ideally situated, if you know the Brusells area
The hotel provides above average room space for the room rate. At the back of the hotel are two schools which makes it very noisy between 8.00 and 8.45am.
Excellent value apartments, but a little distance from the main attractions and restaurant areas (tram and bus are reasonably close).

Used the AXL Flat Hotel as a hotel, and it is funny there is not breakfast facility. Fortunately, there are some shops nearby, and the kitchenette in the room is well equiped.
Rooms are clean and spacious (in my case although I reserved a studio apartment I was given a two bedroom flat with a huge living room!).There are two different buildings at this hotel and you have to walk a while to reach the annex (either through the underground garage (!) or through the street). The reception at the main building is only open at "office hours". You have to walk for a while also to get from the nearest tube station (Louise).
Liked the facilities very much - kitchen was very good addition. Good location at a reasonable price. Concierage service was minimal on the weekend, but the system in operation was simple so worked quite efficiently nontheless.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was well equipped and clean. Area was safe and quiet (single female). About 10-15 mins walk from Metro Louise, or you could take one of the trams. Lots of Art Deco buildings in area to check out. Would stay in this hotel again.
AXL Flathotel is indeed a pleasant surprise. It went beyond my expectation. I rented a studio, expected a cramped room, but in fact it was spacious, fully equipped, fully serviced, complete with English speaking cable TV channels. And besides free internet access at the business room, you can print stuff for free as well! The receptionist was also a very nice and helpful man. Overall I'm very happy with this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I ever need to return to Brussels.
highly recommended. the only problem is that front office hours are limited to 08:00-20:00.
