The ideal place to stay for a holiday, a break away or for business it is peaceful, quiet, comfortable and friendly Aywon Motel has 15 spacious studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom family units, 9 units have private spa pools Only 3 minutes drive from city centre, it is central to all attractions.

Getting there:Located centrally in Rotorua City. Travel south along Fenton Street towards Taupo. Pass the Rotorua Race Course, Kingsgate and Distinction (Grand Tiara) Hotels on the left. At roundabout turn left into Sala Street, first left into Trigg Avenue. We are located opposite the hotel carpark.
Check-in Procedure:Check in is available from 2pm until 8pm. Any other book in times must be arranged directly with the motel.
Car parking:Every unit has its own parking space.
Child Policy:Additional guest $20 per person per night, Children $15.
A small but very clean motel. The room was very neat, internet worked without any fuss and the room layout is good. The operators were very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were on time to the minute and well presented. Pricing was good. I will return to the motel on my next visit to Rotorua.

Very friendly and helpful with extra advice about where to go etc. Upgraded us when some other guests decided to stay an extra night in our previously booked room Quiet but also close to town
we found the motel was pleasant enough and met our needs for the night. We enjoyed the spa facility. However we did find it noisy at night with the water pumps? or some such noise.
We found our stay very pleasant. A very low key place. We would stay there again. The owners were very nice and friendly and willing to help you.
We had a very kind welcome and the spa bath was good, but overall it was a bit dated and the furnishings and equipment all seemed a bit grubby. The situation was good though and the staff very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable.
Loved the private spa pool. Good alround unit.
We had the room with outdoor covered spa. Very nice, clean and comfortable, great location, private and quiet. The owner was very pleasant and even went out of her way to give us hot soup. Will definitely stay again.
